A wonderful Tuscan meal, what a surprise in such a touristy place! We ordered papardelle with truffle, pici with wild boar, pico with black cabbage and onion and pici with saffron and leeks, delicious authentic Tuscan cuisine and great service, very attentive to everything. I found homemade pannacotta with strawberries, it couldn't be better! And with air conditioning, something that is scarce despite the 35º temperatures in August.

Amazing meal, super welcoming staff. The very famous Vernaccia wine did not disappoint, the meal are homemade and tasty. Pasta sauce slightly over salted. We tested and validated the Safran orange panna cotta, specialty of the chief ! :)

Very very good restaurant serving local and Tuscan specialties in San Gimignano, a little outside the heart of the main square. Not very expensive, around €60-70 for two people. The staff was very nice and pleasant, the cuisine was top notch, nothing to complain about. I recommend the ribollita, papardelle with truffle and tripe. Especially since the restaurant is awarded an award in the backpacker's guide. Overall, a very, very good discovery!

12/05/2024: Beautiful, old stone building tastefully renovated. The spa created from the cellars is also very beautiful. The restaurant is also recommended. Price appropriate to the quality.
10/05/2024: For me it is a place where I leave my heart every time I go, everything is wonderful, the rooms and suites are spacious, comfortable, super technological showers and have a breathtaking view , you absolutely must try the spa and the restaurant under the structure, both run by wonderful and kind-hearted people. High quality typical Umbrian food, excellent grilled meat. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy.

18/08/2024: Very pleasant service. But the bread was cut hours ago... (very dry) and the Tuscan soup was mixed. The pasta was good.
13/08/2024: Exquisite food and good service. It was quick and good value for money. Staff was very kind. Recommended.
