17/01/2025: Such a vivid little find. Would've never found it if I didn't decide to walk to town. The atmosphere was electric. It must be where all the locals went because it was absolutely packed. And for good reason! The twice cooked pizza was so unique and special and is a must try. A creative twist on the original. Crispy but still maintains that core Italian flavour. The classics were amazing too you just can't go wrong. Somehow they managed to get the flavours so pure and so simple. What was incredibly surprising was the BÁBÁ dessert. Something that's special to the region! Took me completely off guard and is a must try. Definitely worth getting off into the beaten track to get to this place. It's so underrated
