Lovely place and spectacular food. Romantic atmosphere and friendly staff.

Locale antico e bellissimo,intatto nella sua storia di paese e solo restaurato e migliorat. Comodissimo il parcheggio antistante privato e bellissima la costruzione antica mossa su più piani, con ampie macchie di verde anche fiorito e balconi e terrazza a cui si accede con una contorta ma tipica scalinata in pietra. L'accoglienza è gentile quanto professionale, bellissima la prima sala con tanto di camino acceso, così come le altre salette al piano superiore e la bellissima terrazza utilizzabile nei mesi caldi. I piatti sono principalmente quelli della tradizione albese o langarola che dir si voglia ma con ricette aggiornate e migliorate ma soprattutto basate su materie prime non solo di qualità ma direi superbe, freschissime, profumate, gustose e anche colorate con i migliori colori di stagione. Completa ed originale anche la carta dei vini che vengono offerti a prezzi correttissimi. In conclusione un eccellente locale che ho scoperto grazie ad amici e dove ritornerò sempre volentieri. Le ragazze ai tavoli sono molto gentili e disponibili, i piatti sono ben presentati e di qualità. Abbiamo mangiato bene e torneremo ad assaggiare il resto del menù. Un bel pensiero è stato di offrire a fine pasto un cestino di mandarini.

I can't help but give maximum marks for every aspect. We received excellent dishes, of quality both in the ingredients and in the preparation; excellent service and valuable advice for wine pairings; all in a fascinating setting. I chose dishes with Alba truffles while my girlfriend enjoyed traditional Piedmontese dishes. Place run by a young couple: he is the chef and she is present with grace and professionalism (she is also a sommelier) in the room. In good weather it is possible to sit on the outdoor tables and enjoy the beautiful panorama of the surrounding vineyards.
