30/06/2025: Sitting at Falisco in front of the fireplace is already a beautiful visual experience in itself. Then, if the wood starts to burn and someone opens the refrigerator, takes out the lamb and starts grilling it, then you can't help but think that things are settling down nicely. Here comes the strengozzi with truffles and then that lamb a scottadito that melts in your mouth and is a pleasure. All accompanied by a half liter of red, which goes down without a hitch. Can you ask for anything else? Just a little coffee and then off to the hills of Montefalco to keep the wind company.
