Excellent cuisine and very friendly staff.

We had dinner here with friends on a Saturday night. Intimate place, very well-kept in details and well-arranged. Kind, helpful and refined staff. The honorable mention goes to the food, which in addition to being of excellent quality is served with elegance without sacrificing quantity. Special and appetizing menu proposals where tradition mixes with the search for the new. The only small "flaw" is the lighting of the outdoor room where we dined, since after sunset it is a little dim

Beautiful experience! The menu offers traditional Umbrian dishes revisited with contemporary sensitivity: genuine flavours, quality raw materials and dishes that are striking for their balance and refinement. The staff is welcoming, attentive but never intrusive, helping to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. In the evening the glassed-in room illuminated by the soft light of the tables offers a romantic setting perfect for a special dinner.

Food and environment at the top

Highly refined cuisine with combinations whose flavours, even very distant ones, blend in perfect harmony!! Kind and helpful. The extremely refined furnishings overlook a lovely flatness: that of the local theatre. I have been there twice and I hope to return soon.... I repeat, truly delicious and special food, desserts included.

I came with my family to eat lunch near Lake Trasimeno. as soon as we entered, a splendid welcome and a very elegant and reserved environment, immediately followed by excellent service that gives you the time necessary to appreciate the previous course. There were four chefs but they were also waiters, one of them was young, polite and nice. And finally the food with excellent quality ingredients

What a great find this friendly restaurant was. On a quiet Monday evening, we were welcomed very hospitably and surprised with a culinary achievement for a very reasonable price. Charming service and really special dishes prepared and served with great flair. Worth a detour!!!
