Lunch. The atmosphere is friendly. The owner makes sure the experience is excellent. The dishes are all delicious and characteristic of the Veneto region.
Typical Friulian cuisine. With particular attention to local products. Good cellar with excellent explanations and pairings to dishes. The only flaw is that the place is small and therefore very noisy.

16/09/2025: This evening I discovered Sauris&borc da Bria, a true Friulian restaurant at Via Pietro Toselli 2, a crossroads of Via Padova. The quaint decor helps you relive the old Friulian taverns. Upon entering, you immediately notice a delicious aroma that whets your appetite. I had the rabbit with puree, a delight for the palate, accompanied by masterfully sautéed wild herbs and sweet and sour onions. I savored everything slowly; it's not so easy to rediscover the flavors of the past. I finished with a hot Gubana soaked in slivovec. The friendly owner recommended it, and it's a worthy choice to end a wonderful dinner. The bill was super fair, highly recommended, and a great dinner!
