Well done...difficult START....Then it made a great comeback! Top quality raw material... Maybe a little bit of cold cuts, not the best, but reportedly, I didn't eat it, but they made up for it... We had lunch, dinner and breakfast. Well done to them!!! Come... We can always fix ourselves!!!

Nice, simple, renovated Emilian place, under new management, offering traditional dishes with some interesting variations. Homemade pasta. Friendly, helpful staff and the service is quick. Good fried dumpling, not very greasy and the tigelle are crunchy. The food is of quality, average price.

First course: good and plentiful tagliatelle alla bolognese
Perhaps the only small flaw, for a trattoria both in terms of offer and environment, the prices are a little high.

Osteria in classic Emilian style, recently under new management.
The traditional menu is proposed again, the crunchy crescentine and the dry and good fried gnocco (the term "gnocco" is illegal in Emilia). Among the new proposals is the grill brought here by the new managers of the former Brazil grill, excellent references from the world, rich in taste, with traditional cooking methods that preserve the aromas. The picañha, a fragrant and succulent cut of underside, is excellent.
Generous portions and appetizing side dishes.

Super recommended!! Eaten divinely. The cold cuts were super paired with tigelle and fried dumplings. The meat tartare super. Excellent service, the waiter, I think he is the owner, then recommended a cream ice cream with balsamic vinegar of different vintages to finish. A delicious thing.

Pleasant surprise, excellent food and impeccable service. We started with an appetizer of tigelle, fried gnocco and really good cured meats. Not to mention the fried mushrooms and shoulder served with hot mushrooms, a real bomb for the palate, the shoulder melted in your mouth... all thanks to the attention and good advice of the waiter! We then moved on to the second courses, mixed grilled meat with lamb ribs. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the meat to the side dishes... what can I say, only the bones remained...
Finally, the waiter, realizing that we were gourmets, offered us a different "sorbet" than usual; balsamic vinegar ice cream, we were a little skeptical, but it was one of the highlights of the dinner, delicious! We will definitely be back, highly recommended.

We stopped this evening by chance to break the journey home by eating something in a quiet place, in the end it turned out to be a very pleasant place, clean and familiar but with absolutely amazing dishes, we were left speechless! We ate outside evening and there wasn't even a mosquito, the service was fast, the staff was very friendly! Everything was very fresh, the joke melted in your mouth, the broth was delicious, it was like eating your grandmother and mother's at home, Excellent! If you are returning after a long trip I recommend you stop here! We will definitely return next year)))))

A pleasant surprise... we had been wanting to go and try the new management of this place that we have always frequented for some time. The main dishes, primarily gnocco and tigelle, remained good and the same as before, but the thing we really liked was the expansion of other courses such as starters and main courses. The quality is very high and the portions are generous... with an excellent value for money. Congratulations, keep it up 👏👏👏👏

I went for dinner on a Wednesday without booking and there was room also because the place is large and also the outdoor space. I ate outside, the only flaw was the mosquitoes, but the owner put a candle in it and after that I wasn't stung anymore. Let's talk about the food: the tigelle are a little dry but good, the gnocco is delicious, they look like clouds! Plenty of cold cuts, cheeses, friggione, pickles, all good. I haven't tried the first ones but I think they are good and I will go back to try them. The owner was a little on his own but was kind and friendly. I'll be back..
