Tonight we had dinner at Osteria della Piazza in Asti. The wait, given the excellent reviews, was worth it. We had the veal with tuna sauce as an appetizer, which was delicious. A first course of gnocchi with gorgonzola and radicchio was truly tasty. To top it all off, two desserts, a brownie and a bonnet, were a treat.
Everything was excellent. Generous portions. The atmosphere was elegant, with attentive and fast service. We recommend booking.

A good osteria. I had veal in tuna sauce, braised Fassona beef in Barbera, and a chocolate cake, all washed down with a glass of Barbera and a bottle of still wine, for €41. Lightning-fast service!

Ambiente elegante e accogliente. Personale estremamente gentile ed efficiente.
Menù cortonma di ottima qualità.
Ho scelto la entrecote di fassona con patate e carote al forno, cotta alla perfezione e molto saporita. Poi un brownie con gelato alla vaniglia gustoso e con sapori molto ben accostati. Il tutto accompagnato da una splendida bottiglia di Ruché.
Il prezzo non eccessivo e sicuramente adeguato per la qualità della cena.
