Rafaelo takes great pride in caring for his guests! Under the watchful eye of his father in law, Barto, he manages the family operation at the highest level of international hospitality...and his English is great. The rooms are comfortable, the food great (go for half-board...dinner with many local ingredients is a treat!), and the wine list outstanding. The basement spa, with its rock-foot massage, is a treat after a long trek. Look forward to returning....

During my visit to Italy, after 9 hours of driving without eating, I was lucky enough to come across Osteria della Pace. This magnificent place welcomed me with incredible kindness. Despite the late hour, they offered me hot tea to warm me up and something to eat, a gesture I will never forget. The setting is charming, and the hospitality is exceptional. The prices are extremely reasonable, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I will come back without hesitation to fully enjoy this warm place. Many thanks!

Wonderful experience
Clean, welcoming hotel, with attention to the smallest details. History and tradition at every corner. Superb dinner, beautiful wellness center with panoramic windows, super complete breakfast with genuine typical products. Spacious rooms with large terraces and balconies.

We have just discovered Sambuco!
Usually we pass through the valley to go to Cuneo without ever stopping. Pretty village with its restaurant D'Ella Pace.
Great meal, menu at 36 euros, it's hard to finish. Very good cuisine! Impeccable service, smiling and friendly.
The staff speaks French which is a plus. To recommend.

Beautiful room, all in wood, new bathroom! All very clean.
Excellent and plentiful dinner and breakfast, they were very friendly.

Fine dishes, sought after and very well presented, efficient staff, smiling and speaking French with ease... what more could you want with a moderate bill. I would definitely come back, especially since the place is pleasant and friendly.

Rooms completely covered in wood, recently redone bathrooms of excellent workmanship.
Some rooms have an excellent view of the valley.
The restaurant menu is very delicate, the breakfast is plentiful and of good quality.
The staff is kind and affable.
The hotel has a spa

We stayed overnight over the August bank holiday weekend. We already knew the restaurant and the owners did not disappoint in their management of the hotel. Very kind, very professional. We will definitely return in the future.
