It's hard to find the words to describe how wonderful the weekend was... Absolutely peaceful... A beautiful inn, very well-kept, and the hosts are very attentive. The food included in the half-board package is excellent, fresh, and plentiful. A true haven of peace with magnificent hikes nearby. We will return without hesitation.

Tried the osteria by chance. Everything was perfect: welcome, simplicity but competence, kindness and carefully prepared food. Local menu, carefully prepared and delicious dishes. More than fair bill. I don't know what else to add. Well done and compliments. Recommended tasting of appetizers and of course Sambucano lamb.

Impeccable, beautiful, peaceful. The evening meal is elaborate and delicious, the wine list is impressive, with a fine selection of local and natural wines. Breakfast is mainly homemade and with organic and local ingredients. A gem, I would love to return to rent their mountain bikes and enjoy the sauna.

When everything is perfect...a small village nestled in the Stura Valley. From the moment I entered I felt the "air of home", the delightful rooms with all the comforts and many details and attentions typical of those who take care of the details and do their job with passion. Delicious meals from breakfast to dinner, many attentions for the customer. Truly a discovery! We will definitely return to enjoy even more every aspect that this wonderful structure offers!

Excellent welcome, excellent food, I recommend it

Hotel with an excellent restaurant. We stayed in a clean room. Very simple but with all the comforts. (it is probably a room that has not yet been renovated). A nice balcony overlooking the mountains. Truly top dinner. A small initial appetizer then as an appetizer an excellent veal with tuna sauce, 2 first course proposals (strascit with tomato or legume soup with cereals with the option of an encore) The second courses (braised venison or pork escalopes with a side dish of carrots and baked potatoes, all excellent. Also in this case with the option of an encore). The dessert, a generous portion of mouth-watering orange peel-based cream + coffee. The breakfast is always very abundant and buffet style. The products are almost all made by them. Savory and sweet. Unlike other regions, the opening hours for breakfast are from 7.00. The owners are incredibly friendly and make the stay even more pleasant. And what's more, they recommended a trek (for the next day) that we can say was exceptional. In the Valley of the Madonna and you reach a bivouac at 2050 m. With a difference in altitude of approximately 900 m. An almost Dolomite landscape. We want to sincerely thank the managers, also for the excellent coffee they offered us after the walk. See you soon.

Excellent hotel and restaurant. Sambuco is a truly enchanting place and in a strategic position for many excursions in the valley. Very friendly hospitality.

A perfect hostel to rest, relax and have easy access to wild and beautiful nature. The meals are excellent and the menus suitable for vegetarians. The premises are clean and quiet, the staff very kind and welcoming. We had a perfect stay, thank you very much to the whole team ☀️

Beautiful experience. Splendid welcome. Beautiful SPA. Small but with everything you need to relax. Excellent starting point for walks and paths and with the spa to relax after hard work!!!!! Excellent dinner with a vast selection of wines and digestives. Highly recommended
