Family lunch for a birthday. Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. The place is very cute and warm. The food was truly excellent: the vitello tonnato was among the best I've ever tasted, and the gnocchi and ravioli were superb. The Sambucano lamb was incredibly tender and flavorful. Not to mention the appetizers; my sweet and sour trout wasn't good, but rather more. The desserts were also very good.
The price was average, but for the quality of the food, I'd say it was more than fair. Needless to say, I recommend it and will be back!

A highlight on the GTA! We stayed as Posto Tappa guests with half board. The room and bathroom (with washing machine!) were spotless. The room had a sink and fresh towels.
The five-course dinner was fantastic! We accompanied it with an excellent 2018 Dolcetto.
The breakfast was also excellent. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. Hard to beat!

We took a 24-hour getaway to Sambuco. We took advantage of the spa area, which was very pleasant and quite varied: two saunas, a Turkish bath, a whirlpool, a Knipe bath, and various showers. The spa is not included in the room rate; we paid €15. The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained in a mountain cabin style. Perhaps the bathrooms are a bit old-fashioned. I would avoid single-use soap and shower gel sachets, as well as plastic cups wrapped in plastic bags. The highlight is the restaurant: the Sambuco lamb was delicious, and the rest of the half-board menu was also good. The owners are very kind; they recommended a beautiful hike for us.

It's hard to find the words to describe how wonderful the weekend was... Absolutely peaceful... A beautiful inn, very well-kept, and the hosts are very attentive. The food included in the half-board package is excellent, fresh, and plentiful.
A true haven of peace with magnificent hikes nearby.
We will return without hesitation.
