We stayed overnight over the August bank holiday weekend. We already knew the restaurant and the owners did not disappoint in their management of the hotel. Very kind, very professional. We will definitely return in the future.

Delightful structure in a quiet village of Stura beauty. Cozy, clean rooms with characteristic mountain furnishings. Abundant breakfast. Excellent cuisine. possibility of beautiful walks in the surrounding area. Very welcoming and professional managers. top!

Lovely people and an amazing restaurant

The dinner was excellent, the owners were efficient and very kind, explaining the dishes on the menu very politely. All dishes are fantastic. The place is beautiful, three not very large rooms, with attention to the smallest details, with photographs and mountain decorations. Parking right in front. We will definitely be back.

Here is a proper wine list. On the cuisine and the location, any praise from me would be a repetition of those who have already written before me. I'm just saying that many restaurateurs who have their premises in the most prestigious wine-growing areas of Piedmont should take a trip to Sambuco and stop in this restaurant because they would certainly find something to learn...

Repas du soir de niveau "gastronomique" : amuse-bouche, entrée, puis premier plat au choix, deuxième plat au choix, et dessert. Le tout très varié sur la semaine, et délicieux. Petit déjeuner ultra copieux avec un choix très large en salé et en sucré. Mention spéciale au personnel : l'établissement est tenu par une famille dont tous les membres sont extrêmement gentils et serviables. Ils se démènent du matin au soir pour assurer un service de grande qualité, et si vous ne parlez pas italien pas de problème, tous sont parlent très bien français. Enfin, Rafaele qui connaît parfaitement les itinéraires de randonnée (à pied, à ski ou en raquettes) des environs s'est montré d'une grande disponibilité pour nous conseiller compte tenu des conditions nivo-météorologiques. En conclusion, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
