Delicious food, courtesy and prices below average. Definitely worth returning.

A really good dinner. Excellent raw materials, an honest quality/price ratio. The service was extremely courteous, the dishes served at a correct pace (neither too fast nor slow). If I were to return to Verbania I would more than happily stay here again. Advised!

We went to this really worthwhile restaurant on two evenings during our (short) vacation. It seems to be owner-managed, very inexpensive and tasty menus and the drinks are really great (only the red open wine is a bit flat). The service is warm and on the ball. Overall, a very well-rounded affair!

Very welcoming place. Already from booking on the phone I immediately felt such kindness. Simple and authentic dishes with fresh ingredients. Very good local cured meats. Really great hot brown bread. Quality tender meat. Very honest prices. A place of the heart in the center of Verbania.

Wir waren heute Mittag in der Osteria essen, es war ein Reinfall. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, das Essen selbst war bestenfalls „ausreichend“. Kurz: Nie wieder! Die Kellnerin hat uns obendrein 5,- zu wenig Wechselgeld rausgegeben…

Il locale è vicino al lungolago di Intra, in un vecchio palazzo a pian terreno. Questo contribuisce a dare una buona atmosfera, considerando che si chiama appunto osteria. Però se posso dire sembra che manchi qualcosa, una piccola spinta che lo caratterizzi di piú. Lo stesso per i piatti che abbiamo assaggiato: sembrava sempre che mancasse qualcosa che li rendesse più personali. Il conto è stato del tutto onesto.

When you eat here you feel like at your grandmother's, good food and large portions. Owners and waitresses very nice, kind and helpful. They are careful about the product they sell because they ask how it goes. Offers bruschetta at the beginning. The only flaw is that in winter it gets a little cold.
