Had lunch today with the family and were truly satisfied, we chose a complete menu with tasting, delicious and to the test of demanding palates like ours who have been restaurateurs ourselves. Refined and tasty pumpkin tortelli, exceptional stew and finally perfect fregolotta... good Lambrusco and counting... a pleasant surprise. Friendly atmosphere and staff and attentive service. We will be back and would recommend it to foodie friends

Visiting Mantua we went to eat in this beautiful restaurant, the atmosphere was excellent, the food was excellent as was the service, I absolutely recommend it

The food is mediocre, not the best nor the worst. However we feel it’s a bit overpriced for what you get. This artichoke salad is about 14ish euro.

Ottima osteria con piatti tipici e gustosi. Molto buono lo stracotto e la seppia, in generale tutti piatti ottimi con un servizio accogliente e presente. Ottimo il gelato alla cannella. Prezzi nella media per il centro di Mantova

Osteria delle Cinque Lire

27/01/2025: Always good dishes and super abundant, now a guarantee. Super honest prices given the quantities. This makes me reflect on those places that often have much lower quality/quantity and higher prices. Highly recommended.
14/01/2025: Interesting place full of objects that are on furniture and shelves attached to the walls or hanging from the ceiling. The food was plentiful and excellent. The only shame was that the cheese on my starter was melted on the sides but was cold in the center from the fridge. Some inattention from the staff but I understand given that the Epiphany weekend is always full.
