Osteria della Braia In Castellaro

A motorbike ride and you find yourself in Castellaro, an enchanting village due to its location and the care evident in the small alleys... you park, curious and eager to taste something good and discover this beautiful tavern. In December we obviously had lunch inside even though the day was sunny and the air was mild. Relaxing, unique, characteristic environment, the choice of light colors gives a pleasant slightly shabby look The list of dishes is not extensive but...better little but good...and here it is! Delicious food, Ligurian cuisine with an intense flavor in which the flavors of the land mix with the sea with excellent results, research and valorisation of typical raw materials. Excellent beers!! Super desserts and a kind, friendly service that gives the customer a great experience!! Prices more than correct Advised!!!

The penultimate week of August we stayed with my wife in a hotel in Castellaro, I frequented the Arma di Taggia beach, and I had lunch and dinner there....then I discovered L'osteria della braia in Castellaro where I was able to taste exquisite typical Ligurian dishes, and an excellent pizza, with acceptable costs in a very intimate and quiet little square under the olive trees, good owners who manage it with attentive and courteous staff. Thanks for the great evenings.

Visit during mid-August, nice place with tables arranged in the courtyard in front of the restaurant. Very good value for money, the portions were right and the typical Ligurian dishes lived up to expectations. The only flaw if I really had to find it was the slightly inattentive service but nothing excessive given the high season. Overall I recommend it and will return.

We were overwhelmed by the flavors, the food is very good, a small hiccup with the course, otherwise it would be perfect. One negative note is the parking

The food is good and the setting is great. The prices are correct. Bad luck that day the service was very long but it was exceptional, the house gave us a discount and offered us a limoncello. Recommended!

Pizzeria restaurant in the village of Castellaro, cute, welcoming and honest cuisine. It probably works more as a pizzeria than a restaurant but I would suggest adding a couple more dishes to the menu...I imagined finding some more gastronomy availability. Service a little slow but friendly and polite staff
