We went for lunch on a Sunday in this nice typical restaurant near the field where I know our children's competitions took place. Chosen almost at random it was a nice surprise We had a very good lunch and spent very little (in our area we don't even pay for a pizza). We waited a little but the place was really packed and many of us arrived at the last minute. However, we were warned that it would take a while and they always came by and kindly kept us informed. At the next races we will certainly do an encore

Locale semplice e autentico. Proprietari simpatici. Mangiato benissimo. Ottimi i miei passatelli in brodo, cosí come i tortelli di mia moglie. Da non sottovalutare.

I came across this place by chance, through friends, a very welcoming place, like the courtesy and friendliness of the owners, excellent food... it's an Osteria to try in every sense... compliments

This is a hidden gem in Casselmaggiore. Before we finished our meal last night we already decided to dine there again tonight! This is the sort of place that is cosy and comfortable with fantastic service that makes you immediately feel at home. Barbara ensured good pairing of the meal with wine and we had to try a bottle of Lambrusco from the region. The price is so reasonable for such amazing food. Do not miss out on Osteria della Bassa even when you’re just passing by.

Very good restaurant. The landlady speaks English and takes time to explain the dishes to each guest. We were there yesterday and are going again tonight. (We leave tomorrow) If we come to this area again we will definitely eat there again.

01/03/2025: Two of us had dinner the day before Valentine's Day, The quality of the product served is perceived. To you who are reading this review I highly recommend you try it! We tasted 2 starters, 3 second courses, 1 dessert and 1 bottle of wine. The only note that I reserve the right to leave is for the staff to be a little less rushed because it is noticeable. We will definitely be back.
