Beautiful restaurant nestled among olive trees on the outskirts of Montecarlo. Very friendly staff and prompt service. Typical menu with traditional dishes. Excellent risotto with borage and Cinta Senese sausage, and fantastic cavolo nero farinata. Value for money in line with other restaurants in the area. Worth a visit.

I chose to celebrate my 30th birthday at Osteria del Vecchio Olivo and was more than satisfied. The manager was immediately available and helpful in choosing the menu, which included an initial selection of courses and then adapting them to suit my guests. We had a single menu with adaptations for me, who am pregnant, and for vegetarians, celiacs, and lactose intolerants. Everyone was extremely happy with the menu, the attentive service from the wait staff, and the ambiance. I can highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return, both with my family and to celebrate other special events.

My wife, I, and our two dogs stayed at this wonderful accommodation for a couple of days in early January. The friendliness and kindness of Simone and the entire restaurant staff is remarkable. The food was carefully prepared and beautifully presented, the service was welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
