The restaurant, nestled in greenery, boasts a beautiful interior and a rustic atmosphere. The food is very good, and they serve traditional Lucca cuisine. Excellent value for money! Friendly and helpful staff. A must try.

The surprises are BEAUTIFUL. I immediately loved the location, nestled among the olive trees, immaculately kept, and the interior reminiscent of a very chic farmhouse. Not to mention the warm and very professional welcome from the ladies in the dining room! The food and wine are a world away, so I won't say anything else... Just go because it's divine!!! I gave it 5 stars because 10 aren't possible, and I thank all the staff and the owner (a delightful person) for making me spend one of the most wonderful evenings I can remember!!! See you soon!!

Beautiful restaurant among the olive trees on the Montecarlo hill. We had a wonderful time; the cuisine was exquisite, the staff were very friendly and professional, and the service was prompt and attentive. We'll gladly return.

A renovated farmhouse in the hills of Montecarlo di Lucca. Superb views of the Valdinievole. Refined and professional service. Some dishes are unique to this restaurant. An interesting and extensive wine list, including some of its own wines, is also available. The extra virgin olive oil is also produced locally.

Locatie top! Eten was ook goed! Helaas de ambiance wat ongezellig… geen muziek en mistte een kaarsje. Waar is de muziek en de sfeer? Dat had voor een nog langere zwoele avond gezorgd!

03/10/2025: If you're in Siena, you have to check this place out. On the recommendation of a friend, I had wild boar ragu (Pici al ragu di cinghiali). It was a first for me and I loved it. It was a beautiful night, so we sat outside. It was very comfortable. We had a party of five and everyone agreed that the food and service was excellent. My Son and I had the chance to meet the owner, Pino and his daughter. Very nice people. All in all a great experience. We'll go back the next time we're in Siena. Buon appetito

I feel so lucky we made an early reservation, because the entire evening was marvelous from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish we tried exceeded our expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the ambiance made the night feel special and memorable. My family and I enjoyed every moment, and we couldn’t have asked for a better last night in Tuscany. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Lucca!
