Beautiful and very suggestive location: definitely one of the strengths of the place. The restaurant positions itself in the higher price range, with a focus on selected ingredients, and the setting really lives up to expectations. The dinner, however, did not fully convince us. The cuisine leans heavily towards traditional Lombard flavours, which made the dishes feel quite rich and heavy. Some flavours were rather strong and not always well balanced. Even the bread was a bit disappointing – just simple white bread, whereas nowadays restaurants in this price bracket usually offer more variety (artisan breads, focaccia, breadsticks, etc.). Service was kind and professional, but a bit slow – although it was a full house. Overall, a lovely place, but the food did not quite match the level suggested by the setting and prices. Replying to the comment I agree, and you charged "coperto" for three.

Extremely beautiful and elegant place; we went in the evening and it was really quite large. The food was good; I wasn't thrilled with the starters, but the selection of cold cuts for the appetizer platter was excellent. Very friendly and courteous staff, prices slightly above average. Good wine list.
