My husband and I had dinner outdoors, in the garden... the service was not very fast and this, in theory, would be an advantage, not a flaw, because it means that the dishes are freshly prepared... starter of breaded porcini mushrooms in corn flour and fried..first courses: tortelli stuffed with porcini mushrooms, butter and black truffle..and green tortelli with spinach, stuffed with potato and leeks, with sausage ragú..and so far so good...but the best were the second courses: horse fillet with caramelized red onion (better without the green pepper sauce).. duck breast with orange and honey sauce, on sautéed spinach (I would have put the spinach next and not under the meat, so they remain more beautiful to the eye)... I had asked for both dishes with well-cooked meat and the cooking of the meat was perfect and not at all dry.. pork cooked at a low temperature at 64 degrees, with concassé of caramelized peaches, on creamy potatoes.. the pork was tender and also cooked just right.. the caramelized peaches and the mashed potatoes were ideal side dishes for the pork.. desserts: mascarpone with berries and millefeuille of Chantilly cream and strawberries.. between the two desserts I preferred the mascarpone with berries.. because the Chantilly cream of the millefeuille, in my opinion, had more custard than whipped cream and therefore was a little heavy.. and the puff pastry sheets they were too thick...which prevented you from cutting the dessert in its entirety...you had to eat one layer at a time...but these are nuances that do not detract from the goodness of all the dishes...and the medium-high prices are justified by the quality of the material before and from the care in the preparation.. I also recommend it for the kindness of the waiters..

SUPER.
Excellent food, young, courteous and very professional service, modern place but connected to the tradition of the tavern.
A real surprise absolutely worth trying if you are in the area.
For those who are far away, I would like to point out that there is a comfortable and no-frills pukito hotel next door.
The menu is easy to consult, suitable for the worker, the couple, the family and the group.
Genuine flavors and aromas, the substance served with grace.

Ottimo ristorante, personale molto accogliente e gentile. cucina molto curata, amplia scelta di piatti e basta scelta di vini. Locale molto pulito e grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Super consigliato! Sempre un bellissima esperienza mangiare in questo locale.
