To be sure, we returned, having found it for the first time due to lack of space elsewhere. I can say you feel at home 🏡 The dishes are typical of the area, and you won't be able to get up without always being hungry. Both in the dining room and on the terrace overlooking Viterbo, being in the historic center. Family-run. If you're here, don't miss the opportunity.

Welcoming and informal atmosphere. Traditional dishes of excellent quality. The location is a bit off the beaten path, even though it's just a few dozen meters from the Papal Palace. I strongly recommend exploring it. Competitive prices. Parking is limited, about 100-200 meters away.

My husband and I had dinner at this typical Viterbo restaurant and we had a wonderful meal! Expertly prepared traditional dishes, the owner is very attentive and friendly, describing every single dish on the menu, making it difficult to choose because you'd want to try them all! The location is very private and quiet, with a truly lovely, relaxed, and intimate atmosphere. Fantastic value for money! Highly recommended!

A very charming and unique place. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very quiet, and the cuisine is very simple. The appetizers are delicious, the grilled vegetables are top notch, and the mezze maniche alla grigia are amazing! The pennette with sausage didn't quite meet my personal taste; I expected them to be a little more "acconnite" (a word they use in Viterbo), but that can happen! I mentioned this to the owner and, to my surprise, when I got the bill, I discovered he charged me half the price, even though there was no need! This, too, is a gesture of kindness that deserves to be rewarded! I'll definitely be back! 🥰

Very pleasant experience and evening not far from Viterbo. The restaurant is set in a sort of cave, in an isolated and quiet area. Outdoor terrace with a few tables and great quiet. All furnished with simplicity and trattoria taste. Alessandro welcomes you with kindness and verve, illustrating the dishes on the menu which are different but not too many (a positive thing for those looking for typical cuisine in my opinion). The mixed antipasto is an excellent forerunner of flavors for dinner. Good house wine to accompany dinner. Tasty first courses revisited with delicate ingredients. The sausage with panunto is very good. Alessandro's children help with the service and are very kind (leaving the place after a few exchanges they came to greet us outside!). Recommended place for peace and quiet, good food and hospitality! We will be back! Enrico and Roberto

The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. The price is reasonable for the quality and quantity of meat you'll enjoy. The menu is very interesting and comprehensive, from appetizers to desserts. Recommended!

30/11/2025: My wife and I spent a couple of days visiting Civita di Bagnoregio and Bomarzo. The B&B hosts directed us to this family-run restaurant, which was so good and authentic that we returned for lunch the next day. The kitchen and dining room are entirely managed by the owner and her husband when there are few people, otherwise they are assisted by their daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. We were fortunate, visiting in winter, to be virtually alone for dinner, warmed by a fireplace and a stove, as well as the excellent house wine. We enjoyed appetizers of vegetables, cheeses, and cured meats that were truly fresh and freshly prepared... Exceptional first courses, complete with grated truffle, followed by a second course of porcini mushrooms and baked potatoes, and dessert with sweet treats prepared by Signora Giuliana. At Sunday lunch, despite the dining room being full, the service was impeccable, the cuisine always exceptional, and the welcome undeniable. A corner of traditional cuisine that still preserves a love for homemade and well-made things. Time slows down, your face relaxes, and a friendly smile warms your heart. If you can, stop by—you won't regret it.

Giuliana and Silvano welcome their guests with genuine warmth and rare kindness: they make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is familiar and refined, perfect for enjoying dishes prepared with passion and genuine ingredients. The quality-price ratio and the carefully selected local wines are also excellent. A place where you eat well, but above all, where you feel at home—thanks to Giuliana and Silvano's warm welcome. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience in the heart of Bomarzo!
