A truly wonderful evening. A warm welcome for both us and my two dogs. The owner, incredibly friendly, makes you feel at home: he told us so many anecdotes without ever being intrusive. The chickpea and chestnut soup was superb!!

We were welcomed right at home, with courtesy, smiles, and ample availability. They placed us in one of the really nice rooms; I repeat, we felt right at home. The young and attentive staff was always present and ready to solve any problem! The food and price were reasonable; we recommend it and will definitely be back; we truly had a great time. The food is excellent, authentic, well-cooked, and rich but not greasy. The atmosphere is welcoming and delightful, but what struck me most was the owners' hospitality. Being greeted with a smile, a handshake, and a friendly introduction is not a given. You can feel the warmth because you can sense their deep love for this profession. I highly recommend it.

A very quaint, welcoming place carved into the rock. The host is very friendly and generous with information and suggestions. Excellent menu, rooted in the local and Lazio culinary traditions. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced. The house wine is excellent.

The dishes are typical of the area, and you won't be able to get up without always being hungry.

Welcoming and informal atmosphere. Traditional dishes of excellent quality.
The location is a bit off the beaten path, even though it's just a few dozen meters from the Papal Palace. I strongly recommend exploring it.
Competitive prices. Parking is limited, about 100-200 meters away.

A true osteria...found by chance while strolling through Viterbo! The host, Alessandro, welcomed us like family, explaining the history of each dish in detail. Authentic and truly delicious food. Top!
