Impeccable experience. I have nothing else to say. We were allowed to sit at the table at 9.45pm. the staff very professional. The location is really good. The assorted and clear menu. Important wine list with very honest prices.
I recommend it and hope to visit it again.

The food is very good, however I have some advice to give for improvement, in my opinion.
1) The water must be spring water and good, such as Lauretana. In a restaurant like this it is ridiculous to have filtered water to drink. Not even in the pizzeria.
2) The dishes are very good, but the quantity of some courses is small. The second one I took (cod) was an appetizer dose. The first one needed 7 more tortelli to make a sufficient dose.
3) The bread was sorted. In a beautiful environment and with such good food, I recommend the special breads.
I hope that the next time I come, you have put at least some of these tips into practice. Thank you.

Must visit restaurant in Cortona. The lamb in fricassee sauce blew my mind! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Go to this restaurant, you will thank me later.

Everything was perfect. Welcoming and well-kept environment, dishes cooked with mastery, Air conditioning at the right level. Very kind waiter and owner. The fondue with truffle was sublime! Excellent and delicate courgette flowers with ricotta, not to mention the goodness of the green tortelloni with truffle and the guinea fowl with finocchiona and the sublime fillet with lard cooked in wine. An experience to repeat!

I had seen this restaurant in a magazine introducing Italy and had wanted to go there someday. I left Florence at 11:00 and went to see Fra Angelico at the museum, so it would be before 2:00, so I just sent an email to make a reservation.
The menu on the restaurant's website had some dishes that I couldn't imagine, but I ordered something that looked like it used a lot of vegetables. I was surprised by the appetizer that was brought out first. The rare beef marinated in a jar was so delicious! And the vegetables were arranged like flowers. The waitress ground a large rock salt, and the atmosphere was fun. Before I knew it, I heard the sound of celery being chewed from the seat behind me, and I turned around and laughed.
The primo was ravioli with a bean sauce and black cabbage on top! All the flavors were mild and mixed together in my mouth to create a different taste. The only disappointment was that it was a little cold in the room to the right as soon as we entered, but the waitress was very fun and I was able to relax and dine in a famous restaurant, which was the best thing about it.
I've been to Italy many times but I rarely have the chance to go to high-end restaurants, but after seeing the beautiful paintings in Cortona, I was really glad to come across such a delicious restaurant!

Non posso dire tanto sul cibo perché non ho mangiato. Posso dire molto sulla gentilezza del personale e soprattutto della Signora che reputo la proprietaria. Ordino con il cameriere ma gia' avevo problemi di stomaco. Non riesco a mangiare e purtroppo devo lasciare il ristorante. La Signora mi fa' pagare solo il primo ordinato dalla mia compagna. Tornero' sicuramente per la carineria di tutto il personale. Grazie.

E' un ambiente che mette completamente a proprio agio, piatti non scontati e carichi di gusto, personale attento ma mai invadente, sicuramente una location da proporre per un evento speciale!
