A fantastic evening with world-class food; we felt incredibly comfortable here, even with our 12-month-old son.

A beautiful and pleasant evening unfolded out of nowhere, in the company of people I hadn't met before dinner, and for that I have to thank Franco, the owner of the osteria. We ate excellent Venetian-style kidneys and liver with roast potatoes, accompanied by an excellent red wine—if I remember correctly, a Montepulciano. The dinner concluded with the best Seadas I've ever tasted!

I have read a couple reviews stating that this place is not for tourists - it absolutely IS for tourists but it is not FOR tourists. If you are a tourist visiting Cagliari you MUST visit this restaurant for the most authentic Sardinian meal you will find. This no fuss restaurant is run by Franco, He recommended authentic Sardinian dishes which were all delicious we even came back for a second visit which are the photos shown. Previously we also ate rabbit which was amazing. We were also given some peccorino to start free or charge, Franco even gifted us Sardinian dessert - Seadas free of charge along with some other Prosecco wine and home made digestive also pictured and finally some type of melon as well! Forget the hustle and bustle of the tourist hot spots and give this authentic restaurant a go - you will not regret it. Grazie Mille Franco! Lastly pricing is very very reasonable.

A beautiful place where the icing on the cake is Franco, the owner. He explains and recommends every dish. Thanks to him, we discovered the Burrida, a dish of dogfish, liver sautéed with onion and walnuts. Two delicious first courses: one with a very delicate octopus ragù, the other paccheri with mussels and bottarga. To finish, a seada accompanied by myrtle liqueur. €30 per person, including a bottle of wine. Excellent value.

The food did not arrive at the same time and the mixed salad was just lettuce.

The all-female staff is well-trained... their courtesy and helpfulness are their winning features... the food and prices are excellent... I recommend it ☆☆☆☆☆

The food was delicious, the owner was very welcoming and recommended many Sardinian specialties. The wine was excellent, very smooth, highly recommended.
