Sono cliente da tanti anni e ci vado ogni volta che posso. La cucina è eccellente, tradizione e creatività sono in perfetta sintonia, la materia prima è di ottima qualità e sempre trattata con rispetto, per un piacere degli occhi e del palato. Il personale di sala è estremamente cortese e ti fa sentire sempre il benvenuto, per non parlare dei padroni di casa, cuochi sopraffini.
Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Bravi

A restaurant that confirms itself - in the Monferrato gastronomic panorama - as synonymous with good food and excellent service, all in a welcoming and discreet environment, without any loss of style. The evolution of the restaurant, from a pub with cuisine to today, occurred naturally, with constant study in the combinations of flavors and the search for the best raw materials, combined with the skill of execution in the kitchen. The local wine list is good, although some forays outside the region would be welcome.

We returned today and at the end of July. The cuisine is always amazing and the service is always excellent. We were pampered. Returned after a few months. Always excellent food combined with courtesy and kindness. I recommend it to relax with good wine and a very varied menu

Without mincing words, it is my absolute favorite place to eat and spend a pleasant evening. I have brought friends and recommended this place to third parties and have always made a great impression.
The food is excellent, the raw materials and local products are excellent. The wines offered are excellent. But above all, what it boasts is the kindness and efficiency of the staff. I have been coming for many years, always welcomed with a smile, kindness and professionalism. There is a truly convivial and peaceful atmosphere.
Excellent value for money. The portions are generous.

veniamo al Rooster abbastanza spesso, è il posto in cui veniamo quando la mia famiglia festeggia qualche ricorrenza e abbiamo voglia di stare bene. Che dire, mai ci ha deluso. Menu molto invitante, tradizionale ma eseguito con una mano moderna, piatti saporiti e ingredienti scelti e selezionati sul territorio. Dolci ottimi e carta dei vini completa. Per me il rapporto qualità/ quantità/ prezzo rimane uno dei migliori nella zona.
