Delirium of people and taste. Quantity and quality. All close together, all happy. Place in the heart of Turin. The spaces are small, the tables are close together BUT here that's fine. You eat well, you eat healthily, you eat (the quantities are also good), the service is fast and in half an hour you can enjoy for example 3 tastings (I tried sausage + savory pie + flan) to fully satiate your mind and stomach. Despite the constant turnover of tables and the amount of people served, they manage to pay attention to details, with good plating and beautiful colors. At the base there is certainly passion and desire to do. The menu changes often and there are always lots of vegetables and many combinations to try. So you eat elbow to elbow ok but perhaps this is precisely the secret and the virtue of this place, which manages to maintain more than competitive prices, offer a smile and let you recharge your spirit with a simple lunch break.

Small environment but with the outdoor area it doubles. The lady is very nice and particular... moving on to the food... you can only praise it and the portions are correct and this is demonstrated by the large turnout during lunch break! Well done!

I met Squisitó by chance, on the internet.
I saw that for the Christmas holidays, they had equipped themselves with takeaway boxes, and since I didn't have a great desire to cook like there was no tomorrow, I had the brilliant idea of booking them for the New Year's Eve dinner.
Then, not happy, and completely in the dark because I hadn't tried any dishes yet, I thought about booking for Epiphany too because I already knew that we would have dinner at my place with relatives.
The Bistrot closed its doors on December 31st, so Silvia, the owner, prepared an ad hoc menu for me so as not to make me eat the same things as on New Year's Eve, informing me in advance, however, that I would have to freeze everything and defrost it the day before to enjoy dinner.
Honestly, I was a little skeptical... I thought that, since I would have to freeze, I would lose some of the flavor and brilliance of the dishes...
Instead, to my great surprise, everything was truly exceptional.
For what we spent, (it was all fish based), the Bistrot far exceeded my expectations.
Not to mention Silvia's great attention to please me, and the meticulous work of all the staff.
For a dinner "without sbatty" but with taste, I highly recommend it and will certainly repeat.

Gastronomy with a rather rich range of house offerings: everything is prepared on site, from crepes to savory pies, from pancakes to pancakes. Fresh seasonal vegetables are processed and transformed for a long time.
Two dishes of your choice, freely chosen from starters to desserts, cost €11.50; three dishes instead cost €13.50. A glass of water of approximately 300 ml is included while the half-liter bottle is paid separately.
The tables are arranged in a small room in front of the entrance which fills up easily and in an outdoor area located between the pavement and the roadway. The bathroom is external.
The restaurant is managed by Silvia together with other staff; the service is very fast.
Edenred and Satispay tickets are accepted as payment methods.

Very small place, tables close to each other, people eating on the fly during their lunch break. I took it more calmly because I wasn't in a hurry. You choose the formula you want and write it on a piece of paper that you give to the waitress. After a while the dishes arrive steaming hot. I took the trio plate (including dessert): good food. Well done!!
