We walked in without a reservation but they squeezed us in. Then they hit us with the 'one-hour limit' just as we were about to order and were nibbling on bread. I was bummed and didn't even bother ordering. I just shared my daughter's lasagna.

Beautiful location, right in the center, 2 steps from the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Signoria, true Florentine cuisine, a stop for tourists who want to eat Fiorentina and also for Florentines like me, plus courtesy and cleanliness

A bit overrated place, the taste is good in general, but the price is a bit high for what they offer. You can find other options of the same quality for a much more affordable price. A good place if you come across it, but honestly there are better ones.

Everything that was recommended to us proved to be up to what he had described and better than what we would certainly have taken independently. 02/11/2024: Wow. I’ve been living in Italy the last year and a half and I have never been to a restaurant like this before. It is absolutely amazing. Flavorful, high quality, and fulfilling food. Do not miss this place. Best restaurant in Florence and best restaurant of my experience in Italy.
11/10/2024: The restaurant is simply perfect, quite discreet, in an alley a little far from the tourist bustle. But the cuisine is exquisite and the owner very friendly. If you are passing through Florence, this restaurant is definitely worth a detour.
