Siamo stati all’osteria su consiglio di un’amica e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottimo cibo: lo gnocco fritto squisito, forse il brodo leggermente saporito ma i cappelletti fantastici, si sentiva fossero fatti a mano e dal ripieno sostanzioso. I proprietari accoglienti e cordiali. Prezzi adeguati e onesti. Grazie!

I went with friends to eat at this restaurant, and I must say that we had a good time. On Sunday lunch I recommend making a reservation because the place is always full. The first courses we took, both the gramigna, the lasagna, the tortellini and the speck and mushroom candies were all very good. For the second courses we took some side dishes and a few pieces of dumpling, all very good. I also recommend the sweet brick and the parapampoli which is a bitter to digest that is served in a very scenic way. The only complaint was the waiting time but it was Sunday and the place was full and could fit. Fair prices. So I recommend

Traditional food, good quality, informal place, suitable for groups, adequate prices, not very large, better to book. Open at noon. Buffet starters, no pizza, no fish.

You know when you read tavern and then it's a cool restaurant that fleeces you with the excuse of being completely homemade...? Don't worry! This is truly a tavern with super local products and homemade pasta; personally I'm a soup maker and would only live on their starters... they are spectacular.
Know that in real taverns there is the innkeeper, who every now and then comes to have a chat and joke without too much sophistication. If you don't like it, go to the fake taverns for jocks...

Alla ricerca di un posto aperto a pranzo in questo ultimo weekend d'agosto, ci siamo imbattuti in questo locale tipico reggiano. La cucina è davvero al top, abbiamo mangiato molto molto bene dall'antipasto fino al dessert. Ciliegina sulla torta la simpatia dei gestori con i quali ci siamo a più riprese intrattenuti in chiacchiere. Conto assolutamente appropriato alla qualita e quantita di ciò che abbiamo gustato. Inutile dire che ci torneremo quanto prima!
