It goes without saying, but at the osteria you can only find the best seafood, always fresh and well-cooked; they are the leaders in the sector. Teresa always takes care of everything, without overlooking the smallest detail. The pizza, made with excellent flours and cooked in a wood-fired oven, is also delicious. The only flaw is that you become addicted to some dishes (the swordfish rolls and spheres, the marinated anchovies, the osteria appetizer, the octopus sandwiches, etc.). In my opinion, it is undoubtedly the best seafood restaurant in the area. 5 stars overall.

Overall, not bad, but not quite up to expectations. The waiter was definitely a plus. The plating was poor, the food was decent, and the portions were small, but we wouldn't have finished it anyway given the way they cooked it.

Excellent restaurant tastefully decorated from the paintings to the plates and glasses, excellent service, very friendly waitress and delicious food, I recommend the ravioli and swordfish roll

A charming restaurant in the heart of Vibo Valentia, with a pleasant, uncluttered atmosphere and amazing seafood cuisine. Original and refined combinations, top-quality ingredients, and excellent service. An experience to repeat, highly recommended!

Family dinner where we were craving fish. Spectacular ingredients, probably sourced exclusively for them; I've never seen anything like it at a market. The service was impeccable and the food spectacular. They brought out all the flavors in the mixed grill, and in the house antipasto, everything had its own unique flavor. The gorgeous glasses made even the water a taste sensation. A place where everything is spot on and fits together like a mosaic.

I went to Osteria del Mare for a birthday, As soon as I entered, I was immediately struck by the place... simple, well-kept furnishings, with that maritime style that I love... elegant but at the same time modern, nothing exaggerated, just how I like it. 🌊✨ The environment is super clean and the staff is kind and competent, you can tell when people do their job with passion. It's the place where you can eat well and enjoy the moment in total relaxation. We had the seafood appetizers... amazing! You could taste the quality of the fish, very fresh... and then the wasabi sauce... I usually avoid it, but here I loved it! 😍 The fantasy pizzas? What can I say... I would have liked a place like this where I live too, really. And then that detail that makes the difference... in the women's bathroom there was a kit with all the essentials, something that is rarely seen but that shows how much attention there is for the customer. Happy to have discovered this gem in the Vibo Valentia area… I will definitely be back!
