Osteria del Lupo In Pieve di cento

03/03/2026: Great atmosphere, good service, and good pizza, even if it's not very crusty, as Naples is known for. Prices are average. Why am I only giving it 3 stars? Because I find the owner-waiter-cashier's insistence obnoxious. You ask for a "normal" pizza and he asks if you want buffalo mozzarella. When you say no, he asks if you want anything else... Doesn't it make you wonder if if I'd wanted buffalo mozzarella, or something else, I would have asked for it as such? After finishing taking our orders, he continued: before the pizza, do you want fries, appetizers, etc... etc... etc... a slew of "tasty" dishes? And that's it! I have no trouble believing those two guys who wrote in the reviews here that they came for two pizzas and ended up eating a fish dinner. I don't think I'll be back. I don't like this kind of insistence.
