Too high expectations = a little disappointed...
They had changed a starter without telling us, instead of a mascarpone cream with licorice & lemongrass they served artichoke alla giudea with mayonnaise 🤷♀️
The pasta that was a speciality for the evening sounded so good when he explained it turned out to be a regular tomato sauce with a local garlic, well...

The food is good, and the staff is knowledgeable about both ingredients and wines. The place isn't accessible and feels a bit claustrophobic. Furthermore, the menu doesn't offer a wide variety of first or second courses. There's no Tuscan Chianina Florentine steak, only the Piedmontese one. Even the most traditional dishes are prepared with the addition of more modern ingredients and methods that distort the character of the dishes. Definitely not a typical osteria. Perhaps more of a tourist restaurant, with high prices. It's a shame. There aren't many other options in the area, so the choice perhaps seems a bit forced... I don't think I'll return.

The place is very nice, the service is professional, and the food is delicious. There were two of us, and since we shared some dishes, they were kind enough to portion them themselves. We tried the tartare with burrata and truffle, the peposo, the pappardelle with white ragù and vin santo, and biscotti. Everything was really good at a fair price. I highly recommend it!

We had dinner and enjoyed a good Fiorentina steak. However, we recommend serving it on a stone grill to maintain the temperature and avoid eating it too cold. We highly recommend this restaurant, though.

Very nice terrace and especially very good meals. We were really satisfied and recommend to try. I specifically liked 0,375 L wine bottles, Chianti was really good.

I had a mixed experience in this restaurant. While the tartar was tasty the pastas were common nothing special . The Tiramisu is too creamy and huge 🙃 1/3 of the cream was enough for it. The Service is excellent !

We had dinner here on the recommendation of friends living in Tuscany and we did not regret it. Very pleasant atmosphere of the establishment and food.... Well, a gastronomic experience. We recommend.
