Such a treat ! Wonderful cooking with fresh food ! The people there speak some English and treated us so good. Lighty place, cute atmosphere. Highly recommended !

I'm from Puglia (unfortunately, I've been away for years), so I know certain flavors well. And I must say, this lunch truly brought me back to the authentic flavors, smells, and colors of home. All it takes is quality ingredients, and even a plate of orecchiette with tomato or fava beans and vegetables becomes a masterpiece, like this one. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is wonderful. The price is absolutely right!!

A lovely small Osteria. I felt like I was enjoying a lunch in a nonna’s home with the interior consisting of lovely touches of personal items.The service was good and quick. The food was all home cooked and delicious. Certainly worth a visit.

It was fantastic! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food and service was outstanding. The octopus was tender and flavorful, and the tuna was perfectly prepared. A wonderful dining experience – highly recommended!

We were passing through at lunchtime and stopped at this charming little restaurant, very much in keeping with the flavors of Salento. What can I say? We ate delicious, well-cooked fish. There was only one person serving us, but since it was closing time, we had no problems. I also recommend the desserts.

Spectacular location overlooking the central church of Mesagne. The tables and layout are very original. The food is truly excellent; we recommend the house mixed antipasto to sample the typical delicacies. The service is fast and attentive. We'll be back.

Our visit was a triumph on every front, starting with the exceptional welcome that made us feel immediately at home. The service is impeccable: attentive, friendly, and professional, a true added value that makes the evening even more enjoyable. But the real star is the cuisine. Every ingredient is of the highest quality, and you can taste it from the first bite to the last. The highlight, however, is undoubtedly the horse meat. After trying disappointing versions at other restaurants in the area that passed themselves off as fillet, here we were literally blown away. The meat was perfect, a true tender and flavorful fillet, a delight like no other. In short, Osteria Leone stands out for the quality of its dishes and its attention to customer service. A must-visit for anyone who wants to enjoy the best of local tradition, especially if you love horse meat. A five-star experience we highly recommend.
