Great food, lovingly prepared, good wines. Excellent service and (even without a direct lake view) very nice atmosphere - inside and outside! Highly recommended. There is also something for children and vegetarians. Update 2020: Excellent again! Went there again at the end of July 2024, just great! Food at its finest, good wine recommendations. Nice and very well maintained. I want to go again this season...

Always a highlight of our vacation at Lake Bolsena! Although not directly on the lake, it is still a very nice location, stylishly furnished and beautifully furnished, inside and out. The food is very tasty, there is something for everyone: delicious meat and fish dishes, great homemade pasta, many vegetarian options and even an extra vegan menu! We were recommended a very elegant white wine. The dolci are also very tasty and there are vegan alternatives here too. Nice and attentive service, taking dogs with you is no problem. We remain regulars!

Varied vegan menu. Everything was very good from starters to dessert. Congratulations, it's nice to find good vegan alternatives in "traditional" restaurants.

Ottimo ristorante mangiato benissimo e speso giusto.Assaggiate tagliatelle all astice e dolce fatto in casa ottimo.location incantevole immersa nel verde con possibilità di andare al lago facendo quattro passi

Ristorante molto elegante ed accogliente, nel verde. Gentilissimo il proprietario. Eccellenti le materie prime e quindi tutti i piatti buonissimi. Il prezzo giusto per la qualità di quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto. Esperienza da fare assolutamente.

Super recommended! It has a separate dedicated vegan menu (really a great idea) with various options and even options of the day. The desserts were also delicious, today's was the creme brulee 😍. Good and nice atmosphere

04/08/2024: Old location, literally absent staff (both in the dining room and in the kitchen... there was only one waitress and the owner managed the cash register, pizza oven and kitchen), mediocre products and unjustifiably high prices. For the first time in my life I leave almost the entire pizza on my plate because it is unworthy. Usually I try to refrain from giving a negative review to a business, limiting myself to reviewing only those deserving of positive ratings (4-5 stars)... in this case, however, I can't do it, pizza is a serious thing and many people should be prohibited from preparing it.
