The staff were truly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. However, there was room for improvement regarding the food: a simple bruschetta could have been much better, and a first course that, in terms of presentation and taste, didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the menu. The meat, however, was good, as was the quality of the ingredients, which were generally appreciable.
Special mention for the attention paid to vegetarian diners.

Chosen for dinner during a visit to Siena.
Close to the center but on a quieter street (it was the eve of the Palio).
Small but welcoming atmosphere, a smiling and courteous waiter, a great start. My partner is vegetarian, and they offered bruschetta, which, calling it basic, is a compliment. The same goes for the first course: a fava bean ravioli on a cream of tomato and pecorino cheese, which essentially tasted like three disjointed ingredients with a mediocre flavor. My courses were better: an excellent tartare as an appetizer and a tasty sliced steak as a main course, even if the portions were very small.
Overall, a decent experience, but honestly, in this area, you expect more unforgettable flavors.

It's located in the center of Siena, just a short walk from the cathedral. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. It's not too expensive. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in Siena.

A very cute restaurant, the decor is typical of the city. The meats are great, the pasta too, there are only quality products. The owner and the waiters are adorable. Go there with your eyes closed.

Ristorante a pochi passi dal Duomo, locale curato e accogliente.
Per antipasto tagliere di salumi, formaggi, pappa al pomodoro e crostini non detto migliori della zona, pici al ragù e cacio e pepe da provare, tagliata con lardo molto buona. Conto un po' alto ma siamo in pieno centro e ci può stare.
Buona l'accoglienza.

Fabuloso hallazgo en Siena, situado colina abajo del duomo. Hermosa decoración con clase en el interior y un servicio impecable. El pici all’aglione de valdichiana era absolutamente divino, delicioso sabor y la más alta calidad de ingredientes que se puede decir. Llegué cuando abrieron sin reserva y consiguieron una mesa sin problema.
¡Estaré pensando en esa salsa por algún tiempo!
