A unique venue of its kind, located inside a deconsecrated church, which makes the atmosphere truly evocative and fascinating. Inside it is spread over two rooms: a larger and more lively one, perfect for socializing, and a more private one for those looking for a bit of tranquility. Furthermore, the restaurant has a beautiful internal courtyard, ideal for the warmer evenings. On the front there is a large square, which adds further charm to the location. The cocktails are well prepared and always balanced in flavours. Events and themed evenings are often organised, making each visit a new and interesting experience. An unmissable place for those looking for a bar with character and quality!

The church of the former Confraternity of San Michele, located in Piazza San Martino in the San Martino/San Rocco district of Asti, is a deconsecrated Baroque building. Built between 1744 and 1749 based on a design by Giovanni Peruzzi, it housed the brotherhood of the "beaten whites". The church has a single nave plan with side chapels and a dome. The baroque facade is decorated with sacred images and a frieze depicting the archangel Michael. The internal frescoes are by Pietro Antonio and Giovanni Pietro Pozzo. The furnishings were dispersed in 1957. Recently the area has been restored and redeveloped, and the church has become the headquarters of the "Red Devil" cultural association

L'accoglienza non e' stata delle piu' cordiali . Avevo prenotato su WhatsApp dando il mio cognome e ricevendo risposta affermativa ma quando ci siamo presentati all'ora stabilita cis sono state fatte obiezioni sulla prenotazione. Fatto vedere il messaggio ci hanno fatto accomodare. Il piccolo gelo iniziale si e' poi sciolto durante la serata, anzi la persona si e' dimostrata cordiale e simpatica. Succede, pazienza. Comunque ristorante da considerare, buono come qualita' e servizio. La cucina ligure in mix piemontese da assaporare con una seconda visita

Deliziosa e tipica osteria in centro ad Asti, dove, come cita il sito, il Piemonte incontra la Liguria.
Piatti dalla giusta quantità e soprattutto ben fatti, sui quali spiccano gli agnolotti del plin con l'osso buco. Una emozionante delizia per il palato: un'esplosione di sapori e di profumi!
E che dire dei dolci: buoni, avvolgenti... una coccola.
Personale di sala simpatico, mai invadente e presente con discrezione. Ottima cantina.
Sicuramente da ritornarci e sicuramente consigliato!!!
