Discovered by chance as we exited the gardens on a charming little street during a pouring rain. My family and I were immediately greeted with kindness and warmth. The owner's friendliness and helpfulness are the real selling point of this place. She spent a long time chatting with me, answering all my questions about the island. The food is excellent and more than reasonably priced. The tourist menu is equally good and plentiful, including dessert: an amazing panna cotta.
The atmosphere is fantastic: as the name suggests, you're surrounded by detective novels in a pleasantly noir atmosphere. An experience I absolutely must repeat. Thank you!

6€ aperol spritz and 14€ vitello tonatto, both really good and at a fair price
We were in this place on August 20th, I can only say fantastic people, excellent food, friendliness and a lot of humanity, my daughter was sick and the kindness received from the owner is limitless, very courteous and helpful and above all she helped my daughter try to keep calm... we will definitely go back and I highly recommend it to everyone, if you find yourself on the island I highly recommend it.... ☺️☺️☺️

They have a toilet seat!!! The bathroom is clean, and the seat is warm, like at home!!! I highly recommend it, the food is also great and the service is also great. But the toilet seat! It stole my heart ♥️ 😍🚽👍🏻

A few steps further from the main street, so calmer and better chance of getting a table. In the shadow, so nice. Aperol spritz only 6e, fantastic. Super friendly staff
