Restaurant of the hotel where we stayed. Professionalism of the staff. Initial pampering with excellent croutons and polenta with taleggio cheese. The homemade pasta with cheek truffle and pears is a pearl. But the highlight was the dessert, a sphere of dark chocolate with Savoyard mascarpone and hot coffee poured on the spot. Compliments

After a day in the streets of Assisi we decide to spend an evening in this tavern. To say that upon our arrival we were welcomed very well by the girl is an understatement, a very knowledgeable waitress regarding her work, kind and polite without being intrusive. Before starting dinner he honored us with a good apetizer (not a given!) For each course the dish was explained to us with love and elegance. Congratulations, it's really rare to find a waitress like that! As for the dishes, they were all exceptional both in terms of presentation, quality and taste. A little place close to the centre, intimate, without the usual fuss, it really deserves 5 stars! Thanks and we'll know where to return next time!

Local located in the historic center of Assisi. We are greeted by a kind and smiling girl. They made us sit at our table and after a while, they brought us bread and a small aperitif consisting of a delicious ball of saffron rice! We had a first course for two: those paccheri were amazing!😋 Then two wild boar stews accompanied by spinach, yellow and purple potatoes and carrots...what can I say...also fantastic!😋Finally for dessert we had a ganache of dark chocolate with sanded hazelnuts and a mint panna cotta and they were delicious. The service was fantastic: customer-focused and well-groomed staff. The very beautiful environment with medieval walls. We recommend it and, if we pass through those parts again, we will come back to visit you!

Fantastic culinary experience, wonderful medieval place with very beautiful furnishings, the dining room staff immediately welcomes us with a smile and makes us sit at the table, beyond their professionalism, they are two very nice and kind girls. They welcome us with an entree made with a ball of saffron rice with a prawn on a bed of burrata and we can already understand the level of the place. We take a first course to share and two second courses accompanied by a glass of rosé. In a very professional and courteous way they let us taste the wine even though we had only asked for a glass, something not always done in restaurants. Now let's talk about the dishes, everything is done to perfection, even looking at those on the other tables, the dishes are works of art. They are fantastic in taste, so much so that you have to make the slipper on every dish. The photos speak for themselves. Finally we have two desserts and a coffee, even really good and very artistic ones. Thank you for the wonderful experience. If it happens I will definitely return.

My wife, in-laws and I had dinner. The environment is very beautiful and evocative. A few small distractions on the service but definitely professional and kind staff. We ordered a starter of Norcia ham cut with a knife, 2 legume soups, two tagliolini with truffle, wine and water. The only sore point were the truffle tagliolini. The flavor of the homemade tagliolini was very good while the flavor of the truffle was not good. It was like eating plain tagliolini. Sin. I don't know what it could be due to but if the recipe remains this one I don't recommend them. However, the chef's welcome of burrata and aubergine and the chocolates at the end of the meal were appreciated.
