We are staying in Martina Franca (a beautiful city). There are 5 of us and after a thorough Google search we went to the Coco Pazzo restaurant... we were welcomed by Beppe, super kind and professional, who gave us the right advice and we were able to savor the Apulian culinary tradition. The waitress was equally helpful and friendly! Anyway, to summarize, the appetizers were varied and very abundant with excellent ingredients and the first courses, such as the mixed meat ravioli with braised meat seasoned with butter and truffle powder, were exceptional 😋

A true gem in the heart of Martina Franca. Discovered purely by chance...we were craving simple first courses. Here we found authentic dishes, high quality, and above all the simplicity of a first course. Rediscover the taste and flavor of the ingredients. Homemade bread, homemade cured meats, excellent fava beans and chicory, and fresh pasta with pinti green beans and datterino tomatoes...all sublime!! The service was impeccable. Special thanks to Giuseppe, who recommended wine and liqueurs. The owners' hospitality makes you feel pampered...how could you not return?!!!!

A gem in the ancient heart of Martina Franca: history, flavors, and hospitality
If you're looking for an authentic experience in the most charming heart of Martina Franca, the Lama neighborhood is the perfect destination. A maze of alleys steeped in history, with typical gabled houses that tell the story of the city's medieval past.
The restaurant, located in this spectacular setting, offers traditional Apulian dishes prepared with extreme care: attention to raw ingredients, presentation, and perfectly balanced flavors. The orecchiette? Masterful, authentic, as only a Apulian can confirm!
The service is another strong point: friendly, kind, and attentive. Special praise goes to Giuseppe, always available and smiling. A notable detail: the bread is served warm, fragrant, and crispy.
The menu is intelligently designed: a few carefully selected dishes to ensure consistency and quality. Each course is a small celebration of local tradition, with a touch of creativity that never goes out of style.
Completing the experience is host Stefano, who moves from table to table with the warmth and passion of someone who "puts his face on the line." His presence makes guests feel welcomed, almost at home.
The value for money is excellent, so much so that even the locals appreciate it and return with a smile.
A must-see for those who want to experience the true essence of Martina Franca, with authentic flavors and human warmth, immersed in a unique location.
* A tip to enhance the experience: change the tablecloths and remove the fake flowers, which are not appropriate for the quality of the dishes and the restaurant.
