Everything was highly worthy of praise. The only flaw, if you can call it that, is they don't serve coffee. I'll be back anyway and highly recommend it.

A small osteria in the historic center of Finalborgo. The dishes are traditional, home-cooked with quality ingredients. Everything is delicious. What makes the difference is the service from the owner, Mr. Aldo, a delightful man who, in addition to being a perfect restaurateur, is also a writer/poet.

In short, it's very pretty from the outside, the street plays a very inviting role, but once inside, and once the magic of the setting is removed, the food is only adequate... unfortunately, I can't give more than that. Very kind and efficient staff.

27/11/2025: Nothing to say, everything was excellent, perfect, and quick. The only downside was that I paid a bit too much for a cheesecake with olives. The menu said €5.00, and so far, so good. When it came to the bill, I paid €20.00. There were 4 of us, so the €5.00 was per person? €5.00 for 1/4 of a cheesecake? The farinata was €30.00. Basically, I paid more for a cheesecake than for the farinata.
14/11/2025: We had various cecina, made with plain wheat and chickpeas, and some stuffed with ham, speck, and cheese—truly excellent. Recommended.
