At first I thought this is overpriced posh place targeting wine tour clients... I couldn't be more wrong. It's really all about quality - probably the best salty platter I ever had. Primi piatti were pure poetry. Worth making a reservation, and really worth a detour.

We had lunch at this place after a wine tasting tour! Me and my wife are both vegetarians and we ordered the spinach ricotta and zucchini flower dishes. Both were outstanding and one of a kind. We finally ordered the banana split dessert to end our meal and I’ll highly recommend trying it out.

We went today for lunch after the guided tour of the castle, convenient and large parking, very kind and knowledgeable staff on the wine and food they offer, they also entertain customers with expertise on the Ricasoli castle. An experience to repeat for a pleasant day.

After the classic tour done at the castle we had lunch at the nearby tavern always connected to the castle and we ate very well!! Dishes paired with wines all excellent and delicious! Kind and courteous staff all the time, wonderful immersed in the greenery to try even without visiting the castle

The food, wine, service, and atmosphere are the best we've experienced in Chianti to date. The outdoor deck is the way to go. It was a great experience. Highly recommended!

Very excellent service, atmosphere, and food. We opted to sit outside and it was a lovely evening. Our service was exceptional and very personable. The food was enjoyable and adventurous. Our standouts tonight: vignarola (braised spring vegetables with a duck, egg and pecorino cheese sauce) and the pigeon (with carrot puree, a pastry with the pigeon liver), also for an appetizer the rabbit with tuna sauce (coniglio tomato) epic! Fantastic time, great for, attentive staff!

Staff muito simpático e atencioso.
Pedimos para repetir um prato e nos deram mais sem problemas.
Fizemos o jantar após a visita guiada do pôr do sol no castelo em 4 etapas harmonizado com vinho muito gostoso!
O restaurante também é muito bonito.
Há um grande estacionamento na frente do restaurante.
Vale visitar o castelo e o restaurante.
