Arriving in the dark, the warm lights invite you to sit in an elegant and comfortable space, immersed in the greenery at the foot of the Brolio castle. Chef Franco (who had already been widely recommended to me) welcomed us together with his staff with professionalism and sincere friendliness. From that moment onwards it was all a pleasant surprise in appreciating the dishes, one better than the other.

Delicious tavern both in terms of furnishings and style and in terms of setting, a marvel set in a suggestive forest going up towards the castle. Very kind and friendly staff, excellent cuisine. The pigeon is amazing.

Excellent lunch on the terrace. Calm and serenity are at the RV. The staff is efficient, kind and discreet! The meal was excellent! From starter to dessert.

On a visit to the castello Di Brolio the Finance Minister and I staggered in there on a very hot day in August. The real star of the show was the crocquette with truffle sauce entree we shared. They actually took the time and kindly split the dish for us. Our pasta main was good, but was kind put in the shade by the entrée. The staff were under the pump, with some high needs customers, so we were left to wait at times.

Osteria in the heart of Chianti, dishes that enhance high quality Tuscan products such as the mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, first courses and second courses enhanced with excellent wines such as the Chianti del Barone di Ricasoli. Excellent welcome, friendly and professional staff, well-kept surroundings and the right atmosphere, all surrounded by the Chianti landscapes and protected by the Castle of the Barons Ricasoli. The passito served with dessert is very good. Great experience and honest price.

Wat een prachtige schaduwrijke lokatie. Je hebt het gevoel in het bos te zitten. We kwamen op vrijdagmiddag rond 1330u (na wandeling naar kasteel) zonder reservering maar gelukkig nog 2 tafeltjes beschikbaar. Veel mensen kwamen pas om 14u. Hond mag mee. Goede vegetarische opties en heerlijke wijnen. Aardig personeel. Prijzen hoger dan meeste Italiaanse restaurants meer het geheel is het absoluut waard.

Wir wohnen im Agriturismo Ricasoli und waren nun schon zweimal in dem hervorragenden Restaurant. Sowohl beim Mittagessen als auch beim Abendessen wurden wir perfekt bedient. Das Mittagessen nahmen wir a la carte, beim Abendessen haben wir uns für das Degustationsmenu entschieden. Beides war hervorragend. Sowohl die Speisen als auch die Weine und natürlich der sehr angenehme Service haben uns voll und ganz überzeugt. Eine klare Empfehlung. Morgen essen wir wieder dort zu Mittag und freuen uns heute schon darauf.
