Delicious lunch and wine pairing provided with our private castle tour! The food was amazing and the dessert wine was excellent - we included one in our 6 bottles to be shipped home. The service was excellent as well. We would highly recommend you dine here!

My husband, my brothers-in-law, and I were guests at the Osteria di Brolio. We received a wonderful welcome, and we thank you for giving us the opportunity to visit the castle as well. Paola Mantica, excellent!

At first I thought this is overpriced posh place targeting wine tour clients... I couldn't be more wrong. It's really all about quality - probably the best salty platter I ever had. Primi piatti were pure poetry. Worth making a reservation, and really worth a detour.

We had lunch at this place after a wine tasting tour! Me and my wife are both vegetarians and we ordered the spinach ricotta and zucchini flower dishes. Both were outstanding and one of a kind. We finally ordered the banana split dessert to end our meal and I’ll highly recommend trying it out.

We went today for lunch after the guided tour of the castle, convenient and large parking, very kind and knowledgeable staff on the wine and food they offer, they also entertain customers with expertise on the Ricasoli castle. An experience to repeat for a pleasant day.

Dopo il tour classico fatto al castello avevamo il pranzo all'osteria vicino sempre collegata al castello e abbiamo mangiato benissimo!! Piatti abbinati ai vini tutto ottimo e squisito! Personale gentile e cortese per tutto il tempo, meraviglioso immerso nel verde da provare anche senza visitare il castello

Muy buen servicio y Riso (risotto con pulpo) bien preparado y condimentado. El personal recomendó vino que se adapte perfectamente y era educado y amable. Si pasas Catello di Borilo asegúrate de comer en esta maravillosa ostería. ¡Puedo recomendar esto a todo el mundo!

03/10/2025: We walked in without knowing where... and were surprised!! Excellent cuisine, great dishes, just right! Recommended!!
30/09/2025: Restaurant right on the edge of Pienza's historic center, with ample metered parking. It has a spacious indoor dining room and a lovely terrace. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious.

20/09/2025: Everything was excellent and there was passion in presenting the dishes and wines.
10/09/2025: Two young brothers took over the family restaurant, using several of their grandmother's recipes. We were pleasantly surprised by a truly extensive Italian lunch. Served with passion and explained everything. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
