There was a long line... really a long line!!! But it's a life lesson... don't rush and you'll see that what you'll eat will be worth it!!! The piada was delicious. I recommend tasting the piadas.

I think it's the best piadina in the area!!! Perfectly made with stone-ground spelt flour from the Pennabilli watermill.
You can choose from a wide variety of fillings, from the simplest like eggplant and provola to the most original, like pecorino, honey, and walnuts, or orange, lard, and pistachios.
The poetic location is in front of the bell tower of S. Arcangelo Alta.
They recently opened a cash machine.
The only drawback is that they don't accept reservations, and sometimes there's an hour-long line.
Go early; it opens at 7:00 PM, and it's recommended.
The owners are very kind.

We returned last night for the feast of S. Martino or the Becchi (horned men), and I can confirm what I said above.
Wonderful piada, tasty and well-cooked, with a choice of fillings; my daughter chose strawberries, fresh cheese, and balsamic vinegar.
I repeat, everything was excellent.
It's family-run, everything is handmade, and it takes its time to prepare.
The place is small and well-known, and if you don't arrive early enough, you'll have to wait.
Always consider the wait, either at the door or to order and dine.
But I assure you, it's worth it.
In town, there were every imaginable option, very convenient and with less waiting, yet there was a line.

A sampling of piadinas topped with all sorts of delicacies. The ingredients are top-quality. The strength of this place is the choice to have just a few tables to offer excellent service. Congratulations. I recommend stopping by. This is our second time there, but I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area.

Without further ado, the piadina is very good, with high-quality ingredients and a wide variety of combinations. However, it's simply not acceptable, at least in my opinion, to wait almost two hours to be seated and another between ordering and eating. I understand that seating is limited and demand is high, but it's still piadina. If you don't mind waiting, this is the place for you; otherwise, don't. Prices are a bit high, in my opinion.

We arrived at 7 PM and got a table at 10 PM, but I think that's normal and expected. The owner was very kind and helpful in recommending the many piadina combos, including the mixed tasting platters, which I highly recommend. We gave the kitchen complete freedom and were rewarded with exotic flavors and unexpected pairings, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Finally, I recommend the squaquerone and fig piadina, which almost doubles as a dessert. The prices were excellent for the quality. I might have a few complaints about the drinks, but overall, I'm satisfied with the bill.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We waited over an hour in line to get into the piadineria, and almost an hour for the piadinas. It was a nice experience, but I don't think I'd go back. The food was okay, and the view was nice.

Taste-wise, there's nothing better in Rimini. The only downside is the wait for food, which can sometimes be very long.

A fantastic place to eat a different kind of piadina, immersed in the history and tranquility of the place.
The single dish is the piada. This is where the journey begins, with all their variations and combinations of flavors.
A place where customers feel pampered. Authentic, seasonal products. There's no menu, but the host will be happy to offer advice. Suggestion: let him prepare the menu and order two piadas each (they'll satisfy even the hungriest).
You don't have to book; you just show up and queue, where you'll make new friends. The wait is long, but it's totally worth it.

They only serve piadinas, but the wide variety of fillings never tires. It's hard to find a table; there are sometimes long lines, and reservations aren't possible. Not to be missed, especially for the fair prices.
