I hadn't been there in a couple of years out of pure laziness, and I can confirm that this is a genuine osteria. The welcome, staff, location, and food are all excellent, and the quality/price ratio is very good. Well done!

A true "Pearl" in the Lower Parma area where you can taste typical dishes of the highest quality..... Appetizers with Torta Fritta are fabulous, as are the first and second courses, the result of the high professionalism of those who cook them..... A wide variety of choice in a pleasant and well-furnished environment..... I recommend trying the very tender "Guanciale con Polenta".... I recommend booking in good time as it is very popular given the quality of the food offered.... Well done everyone and thank you for the love you develop in your work...!!!!!!

A pleasant discovery. A typical, well-maintained, and welcoming restaurant. The cuisine is excellent, both in terms of flavor and the quality of the ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful. A truly welcoming little corner of the Parma lowlands, perfect for spending time with friends and family, enjoying traditional dishes and more. We'll definitely be back.

I would like to compliment Valentina and Filippo, owners of Osteria Caldrone, for their professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. My husband and I were preparing for our son's first communion and wanted to eat home-made cuisine from our area, and on the advice of friends, they recommended Caldrone. So we booked, and agreed with Valentina, who recommended some menus, which I would say were of great quality, from appetizers to dessert. Everything was homemade. We ate outside under their beautiful, rustic porch, with equally spectacular decorations, in my opinion. We ate a lot, generous portions, and excellent flavor. Excellent wines. It's a pleasure to return. Thank you so much, and keep it up, guys.

I've been there a few times, but the few times I have, I've had a great time. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet. The food is very good and the portions are generous.
I would definitely recommend it!

Following the navigator... I went along a small embankment with destroyed asphalt.... but we got there.... We tasted outdoors (under the porch) ""beautiful"" the excellent cuisine, the ideal climate, the local specialties... you can't eat everything.... there's not enough space..... see you next time.....
