Osteria del Cacciatore In Agrigento

A classic osteria serving traditional, home-cooked food. Many dishes are cooked in a wood-fired oven, giving it a unique, authentic flavor. Mainly meat-based, but also many vegetarian and traditional dishes (snails, tripe, etc.). The cacciatore pizza, made with hare sauce, is delicious! Prices are proportional to the size of the appetizers/main courses. The staff is always friendly and unobtrusive. The timing is convivial, unhurried, and stress-free. Best during the week, however, as it's significantly less crowded. Try it again and again!

Fantastic experience! A lovely place where you eat well and are treated well. I was lucky enough to try a little bit of everything, and everything was fabulous. I met the owner and some of the people who run the place: very polite and capable people. The atmosphere is very well-kept, modern, and elegant. I would gladly return.
