Excellent Italian restaurant in the center of the village of Dongo, on Lake Como.
Small restaurant with a pleasant patio and a cozy, quaint atmosphere. The food and service were excellent.

Found this hidden restaurant thanks to Google! Delicious food, nice atmosphere, and the cheese platter was also delicious! So were the ravioli and spaghetti carbonara. The host was friendly and spoke good English. We recommend it! If you make a reservation, sitting outside is more atmospheric than inside, where we were. To pay, just walk up to the bar, and the host will calculate your bill with pen and paper, and you'll even receive a free grappa on the house.

The price/performance ratio isn't right at all. Pasta is delicious, but everything is too expensive. Plus, I waited over 25 minutes for the bill. Never again.

Authentic Italian food with locally sourced ingredients, the wine list is one of the few around Lake Como that is carefully curated from the region. The owner Marco is both intelligent and entertaining.
