It's always a joy to be with Martina and Simone. Martina increasingly puts her own spin on the typical Piedmontese cuisine, and Simone provides genuine hospitality.

I ate here last Friday with my partner, and we promised ourselves we'd return at least once a year. My partner is Piedmontese (I'm not) and is always very critical of how traditional dishes are prepared. He said he was very happy to have found a place where I, too, enjoyed traditional dishes prepared exactly as they should be (with a special mention for the bunet, which is hard to find this authentic, he says 😅). Overall, I found everything excellent; don't miss the robiola tasting—it's a truly ecstatic experience! Besides the food, I appreciated the relaxed, family atmosphere. As I said, we'll be back!

Welcoming atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, always attentive to customer needs.
Excellent quality food, expertly prepared.
The tajerin and ricotta and spinach ravioli are delicious.
The pasta, bread, and breadsticks are homemade.
The soft-boiled egg with truffle is truly excellent.
Highly recommended!

A lovely restaurant in Roccaverano, Piedmont. It's located in the town center, just steps from the church and the famous tower. Excellent Piedmontese dishes and a good value.

I've been there several times. The last time we ate outside in the quaint little square. The location is welcoming; the service is good; the food is made with quality ingredients; and the prices are medium-high. If you're in the area and find this place, it's fine... even for a local cheese... but no longer worth the trip to go there specifically.

Se cercate ottimo cibo tradizionale in Langa, non potete sbagliare all’Osteria del Bramante. Da non perdere i ravioli del plin, qui serviti persino nella tradizionalissima versione immersi nel vino, e per gli appassionati di formaggi la degustazione di Robiola di Roccaverano DOP a diverse stagionature. Locale tranquillo a dispetto delle dimensioni contenute e servizio gentilissimo.
