We always enjoy returning here to eat during our holidays. The place is truly charming and quaint, with a splendid view of the Monviso Alps. The staff is friendly. The place is a bit small, but that's precisely why it maintains a pleasant and authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is good and authentic, with a homely flavor. The menu isn't extensive, but it's consistent with tradition. The prices have increased slightly over the years. It's a place we always enjoy returning to.

A beautiful restaurant in an old village on a hill with stunning views. The Osteria has a magical charm and is distinctive in every detail. The cuisine and the entire team are top-notch. The menu features typical Piedmontese dishes prepared to the highest culinary standards, and the prices are very reasonable. You'll fall in love with it instantly and want to return.

I discovered the restaurant thanks to a dinner party. We had a large table, and they served us without a wait. The food was really good. I had a mix of appetizers (zucchini tart with fondue, raw meat, veal with tuna sauce, and a pastry filled with caramelized onions), and gnocchi with Roccaverano fondue. We brought dessert ourselves, but we asked for the zabaglione, which was amazing. Excellent wine cellar. 😆

I ate here last Friday with my partner, and we promised ourselves we'd return at least once a year. My partner is Piedmontese (I'm not) and is always very critical of how traditional dishes are prepared. He said he was very happy to have found a place where I, too, enjoyed traditional dishes prepared exactly as they should be (with a special mention for the bunet, which is hard to find this authentic, he says 😅). Overall, I found everything excellent; don't miss the robiola tasting—it's a truly ecstatic experience! Besides the food, I appreciated the relaxed, family atmosphere. As I said, we'll be back!

20/11/2025: This August, I was able to enjoy the benefits not only of the atmosphere and location, but also of the staff at I Tre Poggi. Nestled in the vineyards, overlooking the valley towards Castello Gancia, in the silence, you're pampered by the opportunity to immerse yourself in the goodness of human relationships, harmonious and respectful of life and nature. From the front desk, to Massimo—a genuine host—to the talented Chef, to the amiable Roberta, steeped in the history and heritage of the area, everyone contributes to making you feel not just a guest but...adopted...in a splendid setting rich in humanity and attention to detail. The icing on the cake is the cuisine, anchored in tradition, yet with those sublime touches of a young, already highly experienced Chef, expertly conveying through her dishes the love of cooking for others.
05/10/2025: A truly beautiful facility, with a truly kind receptionist, one of the friendliest and most professional I've ever met. Very good breakfast, and the spa is spectacular. The restaurant may be a little limited in terms of menu, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.

18/12/2025: I'd like to give it one more star, but I can't. The place is located in the center of Villanova d'Asti and is very welcoming and clean. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The piadina (with a homemade crust) and the sandwiches are excellent and well-filled. You can taste the quality of the ingredients used. We always love coming back. Excellent value for money.
07/11/2025: We happened to pass by this evening on our way to Liguria. It's a lovely place, the staff are very friendly, and the piadinas are really good. The dessert was delicious, too. We'll make sure to return.
