For me one of the best restaurants in the province. Beautiful location, Parchiule, a splendid hamlet of Borgo Pace, known for its carbonari and natural pools. Excellent food, noteworthy appetizers, where you can taste typical products, truly special cheeses and mountain crudités, excellent first courses too. As for the second courses, in addition to an interesting series of menu proposals, there is the possibility of choosing a steak of different quality and aging from the maturing fridge. I have been going there for years and will continue to go there. Reservations are almost essential.

The place is nice, in summer you can eat outside, honest price. For those who don't know the area it may be a little out of the way but it's worth getting there. Good pizza, varied menu... it's not pretentious but tidy and pleasant

Dinner tonight. Excellent crostini appetizer, sublime meat, absolutely respectable wine list, prepared and organized staff. Everything was practically perfect up to the dessert and beyond that the bill was much lower compared to the quality, location and context. And we are not 'good mouthed' at all.
