I was here a while ago, and forgot to leave a review. A pearl of how there are no more: places like this, as well as being a rarity, are slowly disappearing. The lady works in the kitchen almost completely alone, with a boy as a waiter. At the end of the meal she told us about the shopping she does: she gets up early in the morning and goes shopping at her local suppliers. And you can feel it: we had a starter, first course, second course and dessert, spending the right amount (what you spend on low-quality all-you-can-eat restaurants). Everything is processed by the lady, Ascolana olives, fried foods and pasta. The wine was excellent. So I ask myself: why is McDonald's full and places like this empty? Places where those who are in the kitchen are there with love and passion, traits that really make you eat unique things. Go there

Cibo genuino: pasta ripiena e gnocchi fatti in casa, carni succulente, cucina semplice e sapori di un tempo, senza sofisticazioni. Prezzi onestissimi. Vale la pena cenare in questa osteria dopo una bella passeggiata nel caratteristico borgo di Acquaviva Picena picena.

Very nice place overlooking the Marco-Abruzzo hills, on the right we have the snow-capped central Apennines and on the left we look at the sea: this is already a score of 10! Add to this the excellent food at a super honest price, all served by a guy very kind and friendly; the icing on the cake to top it all off: dogs are allowed 😍SUPER RECOMMENDED if you pass by Acquaviva!!!

The food is very good, homemade as once typical of a tavern or rather as our mothers once cooked.... the only flaw as far as I'm concerned is the lamb, not much for two quantities I would have expected a larger quantity and since it was sliced it was difficult to understand if it was actually lamb since I am usually used to seeing it in different formats and thicknesses than what I was served.

The best Ascoli olives ever! Real flavors in all dishes, authentic cuisine such as is rarely found nowadays. Congratulations to the cook/owner who still makes pasta by hand and passes down the tradition.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ho sentito il sapore dei piatti di casa, cucinati in modo divino, porzioni molto abbondanti, sapori eccellenti. La location è’ molto spartana, senza pretese, ma sei talmente presa dalla bontà dei cibo, che la location passa in ultimo piano. Complimenti alla signora e alla ragazza tanto gentile che e’ venuta al tavolo.
