Yesterday we went to this beautiful restaurant in Vairano where cod is the main element.
A beautiful place where time seems to have stopped. Courtesy and professionalism reign supreme in this restaurant.
From the starter to the main course, all dishes are prepared with cod.
Truly a wonderful experience to repeat as soon as possible.
The professor's motto is whoever eats cod lives for one hundred years
In the end we were also awarded the initiation by the professor, a very suggestive and nice thing.
A piece of advice is to get assistance from them on how to start from the appetizer to the end and above all from the wine that accompanies everything. We were really satisfied.

The choice to dedicate almost the entire menu to cod is original, showing its great versatility in multiple dishes! The 'Fili di ferro" are truly a specialty, you could eat a kilo of them! The second courses are also delicate. The owners and staff are very kind. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy. I hope to return!

Cozy and characteristic place which makes the culinary offer centered on cod in various forms and combinations, the main proposal as easy to understand from the name 😉... having said that, the dishes are really good, from starters to main courses and to say what the more deserving of attention is a difficult thing... try them all, without fear of making mistakes! It's worth it, also because they rightly charge...let's say that the prices aren't exactly tavern prices but when the quality is there I'm the first to raise my hands! Advised!

The place, although folkloristic, is small and with tables too close together, but it is part of the typical nature of the place. The food is good, but not tasty enough, as I usually frequent other places that exclusively make cod, in comparison the fil e fierr pasta was good, but bland. The service from the waiters is inattentive and not very pleasant. Correct account. If you like cod I still recommend trying it.

Il locale e' piccino, tavoli vicinissimi e regna una certa confusione. Siamo clienti abituali. Occorre un certo spirito di adattamento. Conoscendo i piatti fil di ferro veramente buono e doppio mussillo da urlo. Prezzi nella norma, forse un filino alti per la zona.. In ogni caso ci ritorneremo.
