We found the osteria by chance and fell in love!
We shared the pizza all'amatriciana, and it was spectacular! We then continued with a delicious cacio e pepe and a unique carbonara! The best I've ever eaten! We also tried the fried artichoke! Wonderful!

Well-run place, very helpful. Both the pizza and pasta are good. I've been there three times now and I love it... especially the thin, crunchy pizza, which is what most of my family likes.

A very modern and clean place, but a bit sterile, with both indoor and outdoor spaces that can be used both in summer and winter (with a cover). Parking is not easy due to the area.
The menu is only on a blackboard or QR code that links to the website. It would probably be better to have it printed, perhaps updating the dishes as they change based on the offerings.
Very good Roman cuisine, with traditional dishes and some slightly more refined ones. They also offer pizza. Pasta is probably homemade, and ravioli with artichokes are spectacular. The tripe sauce is a bit slow and bland, but still good and excellent for mopping up the bread. The rabbit was good and very flavorful. The desserts, including the Pizzo truffle brownie, were excellent.
The bill was fair, and the staff were very quick, helpful, and smiling. It makes me want to come back to try other dishes.

Good, but I don't recommend the salted caramel dessert; it tasted like chocolate. The pizza was good, but the service was very slow and unresponsive.

Decent service and fairly good food, typical Roman fare but within the norm. The fried foods stand out. The pizza is also very average. The food is a bit heavy to digest compared to other similar options.
