If you're ever in the area, don't miss the restaurant (we didn't try the rooms, but the setting is magnificent!). Delicious local cuisine (special mention for the stuffed pigeon) with incredibly attentive and lovely staff. I'll definitely be back!

I stayed for work from June until yesterday. It's an excellent place for those who want to relax, nestled in the hills of Appignano, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Modern rooms, excellent restaurant, friendly and attentive staff! Also recommended for a weekend getaway. Outdoor pool in the summer, gym and sauna year-round!

15/02/2026: What can I say? We chose Casolare dei Segreti as the location for our wedding. We couldn't have chosen a better place. MONALDO makes you feel at home, attentive to every need, and follows you every step of the way. They're like family and make you feel and understand all the love they put into their work. Phenomenal food, Marco is number one. If there were 10 stars, we'd give it 11. Specials

31/01/2026: I didn't stay, so I can't comment on the rooms. Excellent service, fast and always courteous. The food is excellent, but I stopped at the appetizers because they were so generous. I'll be back to try the other courses! The location was beautiful, despite the adverse weather—another reason to return!
27/01/2026: Sunday family lunch excellent service great we will definitely be back.
