Osteria dei Segreti - Country House In Appignano

In the hills of Macerata, among vineyards and sunflower fields, a sign suddenly appears in the middle of nowhere: "Osteria dei segreti." We're just a few kilometers from Treia, with its charming villages, but we decide to stop for dinner. We find ourselves in front of a resort/spa/osteria of rare beauty. Come and see for yourself... The appetizer of pecorino fondue with arugula and pear is very interesting, and an excellent steak, dessert, and coffee round out the evening in an atmosphere that combines the beauty of the countryside with the outdoor pool with jacuzzi.

We were guests at the resort this weekend. A dream. A true dream. Carefully renovated, combining the rustic style of the Marche region with modern rooms and common areas. The setting is reminiscent of a Windows wallpaper, surrounded by fields, sunflowers, and peace. Modern rooms equipped with every comfort, a wonderful pool, both in its shape and in the presence of a heated whirlpool. The restaurant was excellent, with every course we tried. Impeccable staff. The images on the website accurately reflect what you'll find. Despite a large event with over 100 people, our room was superbly soundproofed. We were sad to leave, but we promised to return as soon as possible. There are no other words, just compliments.

A charming spot in the hills just a few kilometers from the coast. Immaculately clean rooms, gym, spa, and pool. Dinner with traditional dishes and reasonable prices. Quality breakfast. This place is definitely above average and exceeds our wildest expectations. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, great food and service, perfect structure in every way, super pool and unforgettable area. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for 4 days with the team of the order of engineers on the occasion of the national tournament. Ideal place for tranquility and for the services available. All collaborators available towards the numerous requests and needs of the team ... recommended for any occasion .. family, couple .. difficult to find a combination of such quality. Recommended. Posto magnifico, struttura nuova, camerieri professionali, bravissimo Maurizio, ottimo cibo, ottima la scelta dei vini, listino prezzi un tantino alto.

Conoscevo già l'Osteria, sia come ristorante che come B&B, sapevo che la struttura è accogliente e l'ambiente molto familiare. Ho deciso di organizzarci il Battesimo di mio figlio e devo dire che ho fatto centro. Allestimento perfetto, cucina di qualità e personale qualificato. Per i miei amici il maitre Silvano ci ha preparato un tavolo imperiale da 30 persone, ed il fatto di stare tutti insieme è stato molto apprezzato. Gli ospiti sono stati bene, si sono divertiti e hanno mangiato benissimo. Oltre al famoso antipasto dell'osteria, un mix di salumi, formaggi, frittatina e altre prodotti di eccellente qualità, una menzione particolare è d'obbligo per lo Chef Paolo e la scelta dei Ravioli Carciofi e Pancetta, una loro variante rispetto ai funghi, particolarmente delicati e molto apprezzati. Anche la scelta della cantina TENUTA SANTI GIACOMO E FILIPPO di Pesaro è stato una piacevole scoperta. Non conoscevo i loro vini biologici e devo dire che sono davvero di qualità. Sicuramente ci tornerò presto...
