Romantic atmosphere, exquisite dishes and very smart young owners!
We met Federica and Maicol and you can immediately perceive the passion they put into creating this restaurant.
Compliments!!
I absolutely recommend the tasting menu (we did the 5-course one) and it was all very refined and tasty.
We will definitely come back to visit them!

A top recommendation. Very exciting menu with imaginative dishes in a wonderful atmosphere. Uncomplicated but warm service. Definitely visit.

Ristorante di recente apertura in un caratteristico borgo medioevale.
Federica è una perfetta padrona di casa, sa consigliarti e guidarti con maestria nel percorso culinario che intendi scegliere e nei vini da abbinare.
Ho assaggiato la panzanella con anguria, gustosissima, il piccione, davvero superlativo, e l’ottima cheesecake rivisitata.
Maicol in cucina è abilissimo nel trasformare i piatti della cucina abruzzese, a volte un po’ pesanti soprattutto d’estate, in capolavori semplici ma ricchi di sapore, con l’utilizzo di materie prime eccellenti.
Davvero complimenti ragazzi, continuate così!!

All very good, starting from the starters in particular the fried cheese and the beef tartare.
If you are a pigeon lover, absolutely order it.
The ending with the rose cake was a wonderful discovery.

Ristorante squisito e carinissimo nel centro storico di Torano Nuovo. Il cibo è delizioso, la proprietaria e i camerieri sono gentilissimi, e l'ambiente è rustico ma al tempo stesso deliziosamente arredato, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. All'inizio del pasto viene servito a tutti del pane fatto in casa e dell'olio di produzione propria. La carne arriva da una piccola fattoria della zona, ed è cucinata alla brace sul camino. Ringrazio davvero tutti per il pranzo da leccarsi i baffi e per l'accoglienza.
