Not much to comment on. Everything excellent, from the location, to the food, to the staff, to the cellar. Exceptional work by the guys at the helm of the restaurant, one of the best places in the area without a doubt.

Dall'accoglienza in poi, è stata un'esperienza veramente piacevole, servizio attento e mai invasivo, antipasti deliziosi, lo "Spago col dashi di maiale" super e la "Vaca Vieja" che dire cottura perfetta, sugosa e tenera.
Che dire: complimenti davvero!

A splendid place that combines the quality of the cuisine with attention to quality and an enveloping atmosphere. Each dish surprises you in a different way. Maicol, the chef, has no qualms about surprising your palate with wonderful proposals. From the small starter salad, impressing with its Cime di Rape in tempura, the black cauliflower or the grilled verza...without leaving behind the chicken or the agnello -always grilled- in this place you leave thinking if you did right in not immediately reserving a new dinner. Congratulations to Federica and Maicol, they have a spectacular place; We'll see you again soon!

This very nice restaurant has finally reopened. The new management has improved the menu. Top quality dishes and ingredients. I have to say the best typical restaurant in the Vibrata valley. Adequate prices.
I returned after 2 years and confirm what was said.

Excellent cuisine full of flavours, informal but absolutely elegant hospitality. Rustic environment, but which leaves the scene entirely to the dishes. The cellar is vast, capable of satisfying anyone. A round of applause to these guys. Honorable mention to the pigeon, perfect cooking, and unparalleled flavour.

While passing through Rome we discovered this restaurant which particularly struck us... exquisite food, refined menu but faithful to local flavours, attentive and friendly service, environment with attention to detail. A big plus is the open kitchen.

Cena per il compleanno di mio marito , già da subito ho capito che sarebbe stata una meravigliosa esperienza. Federica , disponibilissima già per telefono a qualsiasi richiesta o informazione. Chiedo il tavolo migliore e scegliamo di fare due menù degustazione da 7 portate. Ecco che inizia la poesia.
Rivisitazione in chiave moderna di eccellenze territoriali con ottime materie prime. All’inizio veniamo deliziati da dell’ottimo pane fatto da loro con il loro olio per poi proseguire con 2 antipasti, 2 primi, 2 secondi, una deliziosa torta di rose e un altro dolce .
Personale giovane con voglia di fare e molto motivato ! Ottimo, continuate così ragazzi che sono certa andrete lontano
