I'd been wanting to try this little gem for a while, and I finally did. My already high expectations were far exceeded.
It was a wonderful evening, discovering new yet authentic flavors rooted in tradition. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the smiles of the staff and owners made everything even more magical.
We chose the five-course tasting menu, which fully satisfied our palates. The wine list is extensive and full of excellent choices.
The dessert will forever remain in my heart: from the crunch of the dough, crisp and fragrant, to the melt-in-your-mouth sensation that captivates you from the first bite.
I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience!

I dined with my family and chose the five-course menu, allowing the chef to guide us in our selection. We dined indoors, with a splendid view of the kitchen and Chef Maicol.
The traditional flavors, creatively reinterpreted, and the quality of the ingredients were extraordinary: a true delight for the palate. The setting, with its exposed brick walls, is evocative and consistent with the chef's philosophy: tradition and modernity, with great attention to detail.
One detail I appreciated, observing from the open kitchen: the chef tastes every dish, checks the pasta before draining it, and measures the temperature of the meat before serving. These are gestures that, after thousands of times, he could now perform automatically, relying on his experience. Yet, it's clearly evident that every detail is meticulously checked: for me, this is the truest sign of a constant pursuit of perfection and a profound respect for the customer.
The service was excellent: fast, efficient, and friendly. I felt welcomed and cared for. The wine list is also very well-curated, with a selection that highlights regional labels in particular.
I hope to return soon. I wish Maicol and his young colleagues a bright future: a splendid company that deserves to grow. Well done!

What a wonderful experience! We enjoyed a top-notch dinner, from traditional appetizers to the grilled meats—simply sublime. The restaurant, splendid and renovated with respect for tradition, maintains a vibrant connection between past and present. Making everything even more special is the team's youthful spirit, combined with a truly rare level of professionalism and care. Excellent culinary offerings, extraordinary flavors and combinations, and well-prepared. The setting is also very pleasant. Service could be improved due to the longer wait times and the small number of dishes consumed.

Everything was absolutely perfect. My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Everyone was so kind, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Nothing to complain about. I can't wait to go back.

Refined, daring and successful combinations. There is the raw material, there is the research, but above all there is the remarkable hand of the chefs. The prices are like those of an osteria as the name suggests, but the experience is that of a restaurant. It is worth it. And then you have to take a look at the grill and the open kitchen, they create a unique and ancestral atmosphere. I recommend a pasta with a space-like green tomato sauce, and a pigeon cooked to perfection. The tasting menu is worth the trip.

Everything is simply fabulous, and there is no need to add anything else. At dinner in this osteria after having found it listed in the Michelin guide, we found ourselves in a beautiful place, outdoors on a summer evening, in a quiet and extremely pleasant setting. Few seats, I presume by choice of the place, for an impeccable service, attentive but not intrusive, which guides the choice of dishes and wines. Few dishes à la carte, seasonal menu, with really interesting options. Good choice of wines both from the area and from other areas. Everything we tasted was perfect, with strong but very balanced flavors. Prices in line with the quality of the products, their preparation and the service. To return
