I really liked it, had a really excellent family lunch, very friendly and welcoming staff as was the place!! Excellent cuisine with a good menu with different alternatives!! very honest prices with good quality of products. Congratulations to all the staff...we will definitely be back!!

Many small details, all positive, put together, make the impression that remains VERY positive so that I have been two nights in a row in this place. First impression: kindness. From the telephone conversation to book I was greeted by a kind and helpful voice, which I then met in person. Upon arrival the welcome from the staff, young girls, was also very kind. Ambience: a large, very airy room with a very high wooden ceiling that disperses the noise of conversations and gives breath, warm colors on the walls. Background music: it is one of the factors to which I give a lot of importance because it often ruins the atmosphere that a meeting place should have, as well as satisfaction of the palate: I am sensitive to this factor because I am, as a modest amateur, a bit of a musician. Here we do very well: not excessive volume, quality music that varies from soft jazz to melodic... I would also appreciate classical music but it is quite rare to find it. Here and there scattered old kitchen tools from the past, which testify to the love for tradition, and old posters, early twentieth century, of railway timetables (let's remember that we are... at the platforms, of the train, of course). But after so much digression it's time to talk about food. A dish with a witty title: DISTINTI SALUMI... a nice play on words that changes a "T" into an "M" (greetings/salumi). The large cutting board that is brought is a triumph of celestial delicacies. I, joking with the owner, at the end of the dinner, renamed it CORDIALI SALUMI because it seemed more... appropriate. The first courses were good and genuine, I couldn't get to the second courses because I was already full, but I really appreciated the two homemade liqueurs offered to me at the end, especially the one with the flavour of passion fruit (maracuja). I only gave four stars to the food because the traditional dishes have been given a touch of "modernization" that someone over seventy like me doesn't appreciate, on the contrary. Bottom line, if I ever find myself passing by I'll try to return to Ai Binari because I still have so many things to try, in addition to replicating those wonderful "affettuosi salumi".

They're really good. Cozy, elegant, quiet place. Polite service. From the appetizers to the dessert everything has a studied and refined taste, very good. Trust me, it's worth being guests of this tavern that welcomes you with the desire to offer the best and I must say that they succeeded.

Good experience.. very good food..
Tried to have lunch while passing through the area... we were amazed by the impeccable service, abundant and superlative first courses. delicious second courses, excellent wine list, dessert and final cuddle at a very good price. advised. As soon as I'm in the area it will be a regular stop.

Very pleasant location, very friendly and helpful staff, good quality food.
Ho alloggiato in un B&B nelle vicinanze per qualche giorno e sono stato indirizzato in questo ristorante dalla proprietaria. Ho trovato tutti i piatti ben curati e molto gustosi. Nello specifico abbiamo assaggiato: il risotto con porcini, pesto di ricotta e noci, la vellutata di barbabietole, la tagliata di pollo con insalata e pomodorini confit ed in ultimo lo spiedone con le verdure. Non ho trovato difetti in nessun piatto, e consiglio vivamente di assaggiare il risotto a chi legge questa recensione. In ultimo ci è stato offerto un assaggio di ciambella romagnola ed i liquori fatti in casa da loro. I prezzi sono leggermente alti ma soppesati dalla qualità e dalle portate abbondanti. Unico neo, i 2,5 euro di coperto a testa. Ma, ahimè, sono ormai diventati di rito in tutti i ristoranti.

Locale raccomandato da molti e tutte le aspettative sono state confermate arredato con moltissimi pezzi vintage della vita Romagnola di tanti anni fa

Bruciatini al balsamico saltati con radicchio e tarassaco selvatico: buonissimi
Tagliere del ferroviere, molto buoni i fagottini di cipolla rossa caramellata
ma le Paste sono il top, fantastiche
abbiamo provato :
Cappelletti al Sangiovese con radicchio rosso e prosciutto molto buoni
Terrina di lasagne verdi al forno (attenzione alle mani è rovente) molto buone
Mezzelune ortolane su crema leggera di zucca al basilico, delicata
Pappardelle al ragù di lepre
Per la Carne abbiamo provato:

Straccetti di filetto ai porcini con le castagne e i grissini di polenta
Piatto del grigliere
tutto buono ma tornerie sicuramente i primi piatti
prezzi nella media , sicuramente rapporto qualità/prezzo molto alto
