Osteria deGusto In Ariccia

High level culinary experience, well beyond the average of traditional fraschette. We appreciated the taste box, finding an excellent quality of the raw materials, especially the raw ham and the porchetta. The carbonara, creamy and with crunchy bacon, was particularly memorable, as was the tiramisu, served with originality in a coffee pot. The environment is meticulous in detail and the service, impeccable thanks to Monia's kindness and professionalism, contributed to making the dinner perfect. The cost, although slightly higher, is fully justified by the quality of the products.

First of all, no aperitif offered and only wine and I don't like it... I had a Coke Zero!!! The box of charcuterie to share, very good, fine, tasty and hearty. The thyme foccacia was good and fragrant. On the other hand, the pasta with wild boar meat was disappointing...small minced meat and pasta bathed in oil. I would have preferred whole pieces with a stew-type tomato sauce. Too bad... Very welcoming and smiling staff.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo splendido ristorante ad ariccia.. location da10 atmosfera molto intima e bella. Passiamo al pranzo Antipasto sfizioso, carbonara da 10 e lode Tagliata molto tenera e saporita, Dolce al tiramisù delizioso. X il servizio la ragazza che ci ha seguito preparata e gentile ti fa sentire come a casa...bravi torneremo sicuramente P.s.non è la classica fraschetta dozzinale ad ariccia...

Nothing to say, everything is perfect

Scelgo questo locale perché volevo una cosa completamente diversa dalle classiche fraschette di Ariccia. Le recensioni lette sono totalmente rispondenti all' ottima impressione che ne ho ricevuto. Con la mia famiglia locale molto accogliente, caldo e arredato con gusto e stile. Musica jazz piacevole in sottofondo. Antipasti super tra mini tartare, mini burger, burrata con funghi porcini. Vino scelto nella cantina. ( Solo un appunto qui, secondo me troppo alto il prezzo di alcune bottiglie tipo il Chianti di Banfi). Primo ok per i miei bambini. Suggerisco di creare nel menù un piatto carne e patatine per i bambini non troppo esoso. Black Angus e tagliata di qualità. Super il tiramisù nella moka. Prezzi medio alti ma qualità elevata. Excellent experience, sublime cuisine with combinations of local cuisine and Italian cuisine from different regions. Monia manages the room extremely kindly. We will definitely return from Bologna!
