Dici Ariccia e pensi fraschetta. E così cercando in rete una fraschetta per una serata ti imbatti per puro caso in De Gusto. Perbacco, ma è diverso da tutti gli altri, non è la solita fraschetta... Vabbè, voglio provarlo. E' cominciata così un paio di anni fa la mia esperienza con questo locale, e da allora è diventato uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti. Il locale è molto accogliente, con un'atmosfera soft, e tavoli ben distanziati tra loro. La cucina è molto curata, c'è tanta attenzione per la qualità e per i dettagli che fanno la differenza. Il personale poi è di una gentilezza unica, Monia e gli altri ragazzi sono simpaticissimi e ti fanno sentire come in famiglia. Prezzi nella norma, ma con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Null'altro da aggiungere se non "alla prossima...." ;-)

It seems to me that this is the best restaurant! The welcome was very warm, Monia was very good and kind to us. We ate very well! Thank you guys!

Fastastic little restaurant in the center of Ariccia. It differs from the classic more touristy fraschette due to the quality of the raw materials and the preparation of the dishes. The location is cozy and welcoming. We stayed in the upper room with the wooden roof, which is spacious with well-spaced tables, air-conditioned and quiet. We took the marrow, the mushrooms with burrata, the croissant, grandma's meatballs, the pinsa. And then amatriciana, pappardelle with wild boar and lamb ragout. One dish better than the other, I can't say what I preferred. Last but not least, the girl who followed us, very kind and prepared, who made the evening even more pleasant. We'll be back.

I've lived in the area for years and I finally found the place in Ariccia that I can easily recommend to friends. Not the classic and cheap fraschetta (now I avoid them because the quality is really low), but an intimate tavern, with an excellent cellar of Lazio wines, a kind and professional service and, above all, the use of excellent raw materials and a menu tasty. You will immediately notice the difference in terms of quality and also "frequenting" of the place. More than honest quality-price ratio. Well done!

Small place with excellent and sophisticated food. We have been going three times now and we have never been disappointed. Highly recommended... nice, welcoming and helpful staff.

19/06/2024: Locale piccolo ma accogliente. Consigliato da una persona del posto. Ottima la pizza e la pasta. Molto gentili i proprietari che ringrazio anche perchebci hanno accolto dopo una giornata difficile w sono riusciti a farci stare bene, cosa che non in tutti i locali avrebbero fatto.

03/08/2024: The concept of the restaurant is totally in focus with what it wants to offer its customers: to clear the truffle, too often thought of as a product intended only for important wallets, and offer it in a modern key also combining it with unusual ingredients. The result is a culinary offering that is not very extensive, but constantly in step with the seasonal rotation, rich in aromas and flavors reminiscent of Abruzzo which is the land of origin of the owner and chef of the restaurant. It's not always easy today to find a place where you can taste dishes made with first choice ingredients, expertly traced and explained by Guido, the host, who makes you experience the dish chosen on the menu before serving you. For Bosco we certainly cannot use the usual and now useless phrase "tradition and innovation" because here we have the pleasure of having a real educational-culinary experience that we really like today: knowing what I'm eating, where it comes from and why it is prepared that way. This justifies everything and makes you understand the difference between a simply cooked dish and one professionally cooked with real passion and a lot of heart.
