What a shame those tagliolini with truffle that tasted of nothing. I remain average. Excellent ice cream.

Welcoming atmosphere and very kind and friendly staff. Walls covered with opera scores. Exquisite dishes, excellent quality meats, as expected from a Piedmontese restaurant after all. Obviously highly recommended.

Authentic Piedmontese cuisine, incredible flavors and a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease, and you spend the right amount for what you eat. Absolutely worth trying! In three days I was there twice and I tasted tajarin, plin, fondue, vitello with tuna and cheek: all very good.

Great dinner! We loved every dish and the service was excellent! Recommended: antipasto Rosa di langa, plin al sugo d’arrosto, guance brasate, arrosto di maiale e bonet for dessert! We will be back to try other dishes.

Excellent restaurant in the center of Turin. Modern tavern, simple but really very nice. We ate very well: vitello with tuna sauce, fassona steak, plin with roast sauce, sliced ​​meat and cheek. Desserts you absolutely must try, they are wonderful. Friendly staff, the place is small, reservations are recommended.

Found by chance, we loved the dishes we tasted. My husband tried vitello tonnato, I tried a trio of anchovies with green sauce, pepper and a super delicious hazelnut cream. Then we couldn't help but try the Monferrini, truly delicious and the dish was also plentiful. They offered us two canapés with ricotta and two small squares of omelette as an opening. The bread and typical breadsticks are also excellent. Everything really great!

Typical Piedmontese plin with phenomenal roast sauce! And also the apple tart tatin with blueberry ice cream! A pleasant discovery, also because I booked a table for 2 on a Saturday evening and they welcomed us warmly!

Cena del 04/02/2025 Posizione felice, centrale, a due passi da piazza Bodoni con il suo ampio parcheggio interrato. Ambiente tradizionale, caratterizzato da luci soffuse e tinte neutre a creare un’atmosfera accogliente e rassicurante e da soffitti con mattoni a vista a sottolineare la vetustà del locale e a tramettere una piacevole sensazione di tradizione. Tavoli adeguatamente distanziati e comfort acustico di livello. La cucina è tipica piemontese, con menù non molto ampio, secondo tradizione sbilanciato verso gli antipasti , gradevole e risparmiato dalle, per me odiose, reinterpretazioni. Le nostre ordinazioni hanno soddisfatto le aspettative, con i tajarin al dente e abbondantemente conditi, l’antipasto “rosa di Langa” tipico che più tipico non si può, acciughe del Cantabrico in tre maniere buone ma non molto carnose e la guancia brasata al nebbiolo gustosa e dalla cottura perfetta. Dolci apprezzati. Pane di produzione propria morbido e con una bella mollica umida, che invita ad abusarne. Carta dei vini incentrata su produzioni locali, dalla quale abbiamo attinto un ottimo Ruchè di Pierfrancesco Gatto. Servizio cortese e rapido. Voto: 8,5

Siamo tornati presso l'Osteria sabato 21 dicembre sera ovviamente previa prenotazione che consiglio. Abbiamo gustato la Rosa di Langa ed il Cestino di sfoglia come antipasto e le Guance Brasate come secondo. Abbiamo completato con Bonet, Timamisù e Torta di Nocciole. Calici i Barbera e Nebbiolo. Tutti i piatti sono risultati gradevoli e nelle porzioni giuste. Personale efficiente e gentile. Spesa sui 50€ a testa. Ci torneremo.
