Beautiful discovery on a sunny and hot August day. Fresh and characteristic place, housed in the fortified walls of the village. Excellent business lunch with two colleagues, in a wonderful atmosphere.
Excellent food, cooked and served directly by the owner. Lots of passion, excellent ingredients, tasty and original dishes. All very very good. The quality/price ratio is also very good. To try.

Great find on a hot Saturday in July! Truly characteristic and intimate place in the center of Vallerano. The managers are exquisite people who know how to best pamper the customer. The menu offers very particular dishes with exquisite raw materials. The two of us ordered the truffle omelette, bruschetta with liver pâté, umbrichelli with pesto and lemon, suckling pig, meringues, strawberry crumble, coffee, bitters, water and an excellent wine. Everything was truly delicious, I couldn't find a single flaw. Even the bill was extremely honest (€95) considering the quality. Air conditioning present. Easy parking nearby. I absolutely recommend this place.

“Search for restaurants in the area”. Google Maps' response is a gift, because I now have another favorite restaurant on my short list. Characteristic environment, elegant but rustic, with interesting details that immediately follow a warm and sincere welcome. Unique and original menu, practically an episode of a TV series of flavors and fragrances. It was too hot to try the wine but I saw some very interesting bottles, which wink at top labels from nearby Umbria. Come on!

It was our salvation, we had gone to the festival and luckily we found this wonderful restaurant, excellent food, equally excellent quality and very good service despite the many people.

Small, but elegant and quiet. Impeccable service, good food and good wine. The only flaw, obviously at my discretion, is the menu to be developed with the QR code. I don't like technology in everything, I would have preferred the old paper menu. Right portions, not as is fashionable now that they only bring you samples. Positive experience, to be recommended.
Price slightly above average.

dopo aver visitato palazzo Farnese a Caprarola, nel rientrare verso casa ci siamo fermati in questa piccola trattoria.....
posto molto carino, gestito bene da due persone....
ottimo il carciofo alla giudia e i primi assaggiati, buon vino della casa gustato in un atmosfera familiare.....
dolce buono, come buono il liquore fatto in casa e offerto dal proprietario.
rapporto qualità prezzo lievemente alto, ma come già detto in altre occasioni, è colpa del periodo storico in cui è aumentato un po' tutto a dismisura.........
