Nice, rustic and welcoming restaurant that offers a rich menu. The staff is very kind but, at the end of the lunch, summing up, unfortunately I can't say I was completely satisfied. We started with some appetizers ordered when the place was still empty, unfortunately they arrived at different times, within about ten minutes. We took a baveuse omelette with black truffle sauce, very tasty and you could taste the truffle. A plate of chicken liver bruschetta, crunchy bread and tasty livers, a selection of Tuscia cheeses, fresh and very good but we didn't understand why they arrived to us without the tub of jam (I think it was jam), present in the same flat at other tables. We closed the starters with a millet, curry, courgette and soy pie... good. We moved on to the first courses, a plate of grandmother Vincenzina's fettuccine, seasoned with a tasty chicken liver ragù, very good... I recommend them. We closed the round of first courses with a plate of pici with black cabbage and pecorino cheese, good but, in my opinion, a normal dish. We wanted to have some coffee but it wasn't possible, from what the restaurateur said, he couldn't make coffee as all the burners were busy in the kitchen. Conclusion, we ate well, the restaurateur was very kind but the service, unfortunately, was lacking.

An excellent discovery and one of the best restaurants tried this year, hidden in a village on the slopes of Monte Cimino. Cozy, warm and very welcoming atmosphere. Local cuisine, original, with very high quality raw materials - I was thrilled by the fettucine with white pork ragout and the "pork in essence". Special mention also for the house red wine and the desserts. Staff very kind and available for any clarification. Bill in line with the high quality and type of restaurant, on average around €40-50 per person.

Excellent dishes, beautiful location in the historic center of Vallerano, the only flaw if you can define the wait as being alone, the lady has times that lead to waiting a little too long for orders and dishes. For the rest, highly recommended

Very nice and super courteous... but the service was slow and messy with 6 people in the room... we ordered and ate our first course with a 30 minute difference between me and my partner... very high prices for what you receive... . both quantity and speed... ncs

Culinary experience rated 10+, beautiful place with a few tables in the heart of Vallerano. The hosts are very kind, the dishes are truly unique and particular, it's not a tourist-catching place but in there you can experience a real gastronomic experience. Delicious porcini mushrooms on a bed of veal carpaccio, delicate home-made tagliolini and highly refined second courses.
We will definitely be back, prices not low but adequate for the quality of the food served.
