A restaurant nestled among the narrow streets of Vallerano's historic center. A jewel of a place, both rustic and elegant. We were immediately greeted by Chef Riccardo's rare kindness. Discreetly accompanied by soft background music, the dishes were chosen with perfect accuracy, even considering some personal concerns regarding certain ingredients. Sublime first courses: lombrichelli carbonara, whole wheat fettuccine with sausage and pecorino ragù, and artichoke alla giudia—never tasted so good. Finally, a revisited Mont Blanc, moving in its deliciousness. Service and value for money are unmatched. Anyone who finds themselves in the area (those who have already been know this) shouldn't miss this opportunity. An unforgettable evening. We'll be back as soon as possible.

It's a wonderful place, made up of exceptional and special people. Incredible elements and synergies of flavor are the best you could wish for. All of this is brought to life by the heart and soul of the incredible and talented Chef Riccardo and Lucia, in the dining room. Riccardo possesses an absolute, top-notch technique that allows him to craft ingredients like very few others, resulting in dishes that are beyond unique and incredibly flavorful. For Chef Riccardo, perfection is a fundamental concept, and he strives to surpass it, ALWAYS. The artful, more than perfect preparation of ingredients fuses perfectly with the highest-quality raw materials, which are used with incredible mastery. The dishes inebriate the palate and the senses...everything is a caress for the soul. The ingredients are cooked sublimely. Here, cooking and drinking, rigorously traditional, are a true art, a journey through sight, smell, and taste, but above all through the feelings and emotions that Riccardo, by preparing unique dishes, evokes in those who taste them. The exceptional and very sweet Lucia recommended an excellent red, superb and perfect for the dishes we chose. Delicate and deep yet fresh, with aromas reminiscent of red fruit and a more than balanced alcohol content that blends harmoniously with the delicate flavors, enhancing their flavours both on entry and at the end of the mouth. This wonderful place is pure talent, more than unique. Emotions of the soul were enhanced by the smiles and infinite kindness of the wonderful Lucia. Wonderful smiles and a huge heart. Lucia's service is characterized by an above-average level of preparation, professionalism, kindness, courtesy, friendliness, and absolute precision. Osteria degli Orti is a continuous flow of flavors and emotions, starting with the consistency of the ingredients used and culminating in the perfection of the first bite. Two elements predominate: the preparation technique and the exceptional quality of the raw materials. This high-quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors. The ingredients are crucial in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. The quality of the products is probably among the best I've ever experienced in my life traveling throughout Lazio. Everything that comes from the hands of Chef Riccardo and his excellent assistant chef is IMPECCABLE, and you'll discover unique details you won't find anywhere else. I wish I could transport this place everywhere, along with those who are part of it, to make every moment unique and wonderful. The menu isn't very varied. The space is very small. The place is clean. Prices are a bit high. The staff is very friendly.

A cozy and tidy location. The dishes were very good, the place was busy, but the service was a bit slow... understandable. Must try.

Superlative experience. Rustic yet exclusive atmosphere. Clean, attention to detail, and Mrs. Lucia's disarming kindness. Truly delicious dishes, with quality ingredients and winning combinations. Highly recommended!
